Fantastic images for the property listing and numerous updates every week. They arranged lots of viewings really knowing their customer base. Ahmad was amazing

19th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!
26th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Could not recommend Natasha Morello more highly. As a first time buyer the entire process was unknown to me and very confusing. Natasha talked me through every step and was super responsive to any questions I sent via email. We ran into difficulties getting a mortgage but this was all sorted and actually a pretty smooth process in the end. Connells were also responsive and quick in getting viewing and snagging lists sorted. Overall buying is a long and tough process, but Natasha made this all manageable and for that I can not thank her or recommend her enough!

I appreciated her patience, transparency and going out of the way to ensure I was in safe hands. As someone who is foreign and renting for the first time, the assurance and clear communication were crucial for me. Brianna went far and beyond in her duty and I'm most grateful to have met and liaised with her. Would highly recommend her to many others! x

14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Searching for houses for a long time first time when we visited the Northwood Highwycombe we were amazed by the service of Adam who registered us and showed us best options with milage distance to the town centre and he arranged us the first viewing and we were guided by the wonderful lady Kim she gave us the tour and explained briefly about the each and every corner of the house.we were very impressed she was well experienced professional agent and within one week time everything was arranged contracts,credit checks,payments and we moved in very fast and must mention Richard as well for guiding us with updates. service was extraordinary I really thankful for the whole team highly recommended and if I rate its 10/10

5th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)An absolutely amazing team. We worked with both Mary-Joy & Tony and they assisted us in viewings and purchase of a property. They have been incredible and so friendly and so proactive - they chased up all the people that need chasing on our behalf which I just really appreciated so that I wasn't spending my free time trying to chase them instead. From when our offer was first accepted on the property to completion it was all within 5 months (which in the property business is a good turn around!) and Tony was so friendly and I felt comfortable telling him about everything including any hiccups. Rwhitley & Co already have a strong reputation as a good estate agent and it's because of employees like Tony & Mary-Joy that make up the backbone of this place. 100% highly recommend
