19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid at all cost. If i could put 0 starts i would. Was a terrible streefull experience with them. The communication is utterly dreadful and was consistently told lies when i ask for updates. Even my solicitors advised me in the end to not speak to them as they are not very good and truthful. Utterly awful experience i would not wish on anyone when buying a property is stressful enough.

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)There are not many estate agent in the Summertown / North Oxford area with good reviews except Savills. We made an appointment to get our house valued and potentially for them to represent us. Appointment was confirmed but the day before the appointment, we were advised that we were ‘better off with a local agent’. The sales manager was polite and did recommend a good local agent that had excellent customer service, professional and follow-up was 2nd to none. That I thank Saville for as we sold our property very quickly. Our only complaint about Savills is that they should have told us from the onset that our property was not what they sell.

After an initial meeting with Dominic, my main contact was Romeo Cirillo who was very helpful throughout. Great communication from the team during the lengthy process and they used their very useful relationships with the other professionals involved, such as surveyors and solicitors, to keep the whole process moving.

From one conversation over the phone without even meeting me Hannah perfectly understood exactly what I was looking for and her first recommendation ticked every box I had from my "must have" and even the majority of my "nice to haves" for my first home. She knew it was perfect and pushed to have me see it before anyone else, which I cannot thank her for enough. Between Alan and Hannah the communication was brilliant, I felt in the loop, all my questions were answered and they always came back to me even if the query took some time to get an answer.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
