In 2025, we purchased our home through them and were very impressed with the experience. Ian Cattle managed the sale and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. He struck the perfect balance between presenting the house in a positive light while remaining honest and transparent. Because of that experience, we chose Carter Jonas to sell our own home, and Ian was brilliant. He took the time to really understand the property and the local area, and his proactive approach meant we secured a buyer quickly and smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carter Jonas and Ian Cattle to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy estate agent.

17th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We recently went through what can only be described as a turbulent sale, but thank goodness for Sue she was our storm chaser! From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.
31st Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Brown&Merry Aylesbury recently handled the sale of my house. It’s fair to say that things were rather protracted, with the first prospective buyer coming back twice to ask for a price reduction. However Brown&Merry handled the situation very well. We agreed to put the house back on the market and it was sold in three months from start to finish. I found all of the staff very helpful, and proactive. They often contacted me to suggest how we might progress the sale, and were very helpful in finding contractors when needed to progress the sale. Overall I consider their service and expertise first class, and would recommend them as excellent agents.
28th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I have had a really positive experience with the Connells ladies in Fairford Leys. Hollie, Millie and Veronica were all fantastic throughout the process. Always easy to contact, approachable, and happy to answer any questions I had. They communicated clearly and kept everything running smoothly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. They were professional at all times, while still being friendly and personable, which I really appreciated. During our search we came across various estate agents but known compared to the service Tim and Williams Properties provided us. Tim spent time getting to know us and finding out what we were really looking for; he really made the experience personal and enjoyable and it was lovely to get to know him a little. I highly recommend Williams Properties, we shall definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much Tim!

18th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Dreadful experience from start to finish with Stuart Burtenshaw. Firstly his arrogant aura came across as mocking the way my parents lived when he came to view the property for a probate valuation. I didn't want to put the house on the market because of this but one of my siblings thought that seeing as they knew George Rockall all would be ok - how wrong could they have been...... Stuart Burtenshaw is the most arrogant, rude, unempathetic, person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He made mistakes throughout the process, he was pushy to except an offer of £70K less than the asking price when our property had only been on the market for less than 8 weeks....needless to say we did not accept it. When he asked which solicitors we used and then advised that they used Lightfoots regularly, which in turn led us to believe he understood their processes, again how wrong could I be.... the actual completion day was an absolute horrendous and very upsetting day, we were advised by our solicitors not to hand over the keys until the solicitors had called us to advise they had received the monies, we received this call at 1pm on the day of completion, followed by a very nasty & pushy call from Stuart Burtenshaw at 1.05pm asking when we could drop the keys in when I said 30 minutes I was told that was totally unacceptable and he demanded to know how long it would be as the new owners had been at the estate agents at 10am...... This we thought was not our problem and Stuart should have known Lightfoots proceedures, and dealt with it accordingly, I asked for 10 minutes, instead he suggested that he just send them down to our house, next thing 5 vans and 2 cars arrived and new owners wanted to come in..... We had no time to say goodbye to our family home of 61 years......... Bitterly disappointed doesn't cover it, my advice would be DO NOT use White Lion to sell a property and if you have to then avoid Stuart Burtenshaw at all cost.

When viewing houses they were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.When we purchased our home through them they were calm, reassuring and incredibly helpful. Considering moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do……..I would highly recommend using Tim Russ to make it the best experience it can be.- 18th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I was having difficulty getting responses from mortgage brokers and felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where else to go. Kelly put me in touch with a really helpful gentleman and I’m already feeling at ease. Kelly is a warm and friendly individual that truly cares about helping people.
