From the very beginning, Sue didn’t just ride the waves; she took the wheel and never let up on the gas, making sure we stayed on course no matter how rocky things got. The whole process had its ups and downs, with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but Sue remained calm, collected, and determined throughout. She didn’t just offer support—she took action, always one step ahead, ensuring we were informed, confident, and prepared for every twist and turn. Her proactive approach kept the sale moving forward, and we genuinely believe that without her unwavering persistence, things would have taken much longer to close.

During our search we came across various estate agents but known compared to the service Tim and Williams Properties provided us. Tim spent time getting to know us and finding out what we were really looking for; he really made the experience personal and enjoyable and it was lovely to get to know him a little. 26th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)We sold our property through Andy and Kristina at Michael Anthony in Aylesbury and had a great experience with them. Communication was excellent and there was always someone in the office available if we needed to call and talk things through. They found a buyer quickly and were great at chasing things along when needed. We did have some delays due to land registration issues but Andy and Kristina were both wonderful throughout and kept us updated. We would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the area!

21st Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

10th May 2022 (3 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

His professionalism and dedication really stood out throughout the entire process. Once a buyer was found, we were introduced to Rachel—and she was an absolute star. She went above and beyond, tirelessly coordinating with the buyer, their solicitors, and ours, all while keeping us updated every single day without fail. We never once had to chase her, as she was always a few steps ahead, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Thanks to both Adam and Rachel, the journey from sale to completion was incredibly quick and seamless. We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
31st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Brown&Merry Aylesbury recently handled the sale of my house. It’s fair to say that things were rather protracted, with the first prospective buyer coming back twice to ask for a price reduction. However Brown&Merry handled the situation very well. We agreed to put the house back on the market and it was sold in three months from start to finish. I found all of the staff very helpful, and proactive. They often contacted me to suggest how we might progress the sale, and were very helpful in finding contractors when needed to progress the sale. Overall I consider their service and expertise first class, and would recommend them as excellent agents.
