Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. He was approachable, professional, and always took the time to explain things clearly. Communication was excellent — he consistently returned calls and kept us updated so we always knew what was happening. I made multiple viewing requests, and they arranged everything promptly without any hesitation. Mark was always available to answer my questions, offered great advice, and even went the extra mile by following up with the vendor to ensure everything went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with such dedicated professionals. I also want to acknowledge Esther and Nabeel for their support during this journey. A big thank you to the entire team! One small suggestion: during the key handover, it would be wonderful to have a small booth or setup for photos perhaps with flowers, sweets to make the moment even more memorable. Buying a home is a special milestone, and adding a celebratory touch would create lasting memories. Overall, highly recommended!

24th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

Sarah, Colin and Ross were brilliant and maintained regular contact throughout to ensure any potential delays were nipped in the bud. We knew the property we were buying needed renovating and sought a property to rent whilst we undertook the required works. Again the Christopher Pallet team stepped up and Rebecca helped us lease a property that is just perfect for our needs. Clearly, we would recommend the team to anyone looking to sell, purchase, lease or rent a property.

They were also willing to go the extra mile in terms of checking the property and dealing with buyers questions and queries, with a nice personal touch and straightforward phone calls and emails. In the initial showing of the show there were several viewings over a short period, which ultimately lead to a successful outcome for all. Well done, Hunters Estate Agent. Another satisfied customer.

Jacob Kept us well informed and made sure the side of the house progressed As fast as possible. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Orchid Estate Agent’s in particular Jacob.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
30th Sep 2025 (19 weeks ago)Ryan and Sarah are great, they were transparent with the valuation process and once sold, actually pushed the Solicitors to do their side of the deal. The biggest struggle I have had with agencies over the years is a lack of open and honest communication, both Ryan and Sarah were accessible and called when they said they would, they were a joy to deal with. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to give them a try.

Once his part of the process was complete, Lindsay took over and was equally impressive. She kept me updated every step of the way and responded to my emails almost instantly. What usually feels like a stressful process was incredibly smooth thanks to their expertise. I cannot recommend Trefton and Lindsay enough for anyone looking for a move with a personal touch!"

They helped us not only secure our dream home but also successfully sell our house, which is no small feat! A huge thank you to Danielle and Paul for making it all finally happen. They were both absolutely on the ball throughout the entire process and worked tirelessly to make sure the chain didn’t fall through. 3rd Feb 2026 (8 days ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman

The marketing was better than our expectations, and the team in Chesham were very easy to deal with. Their regular communications kept us updated, and they've gone above and beyond in helping reduce delays in an awkward, long chain.
