17th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint—I'm just not that into you!

11th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)It should not have been this difficult to get my deposit back from my shared tenancy that was ended totally legitimately in the correct way. This was something that was made unnecessarily complicated. The experience of getting the deposit back and the suggestions of incoming tenants paying me directly caused so much unnecessary stress. It should never be this hard to get a deposit back and it should not take days to do so when you’ve been a legitimate and good tenant.

There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

Always polite and friendly when I call,always happy to help and sort out any issues very promptly. I feel safe and supported in my rental property. Sadly it's gone very downhill! You tell them about a roof leak and they send a plumber ????. You have to call constantly to get things done and the landlord has no idea you're going through this!

Shane, Louise and team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I’ve never known estate agents (or anyone in the industry) to be so efficient and on the ball! They were always on hand to help with any little query and pushed the transaction along very nicely. Marks and Mann will always be the ones we turn to for estate agents in future! They have set the bar high and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from them! I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend.

It was a very difficult sale and Sigourney the after sales manager was great with communication and chasing the buyers, she done so much above and beyond and done a lot more work than our solicitor.This is the 3rd time ive used Foxhall and would def recommend to anyone and would use them again in the future. Upon trying to find a home to rent with my partner, Potter’s consistently recommended properties to us and eventually, we found our wonderful home. I would particularly like to thank Donna for suggesting this property to us and being amazing throughout the whole process! Despite a few minor issues with our property, such as the toilet not fully flushing, these have been resolved within sooner than 24 hours, proving the team at Potter’s to be highly efficient and hard-working, all while being incredibly friendly and happy to help! Could not recommend a better estate agent!

29th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Really let down by this company. Requested a viewing after speaking to the agent. Was informed they would call shortly with options. After a few days I called again only to be told that a colleague had already shown the property to potential tenants, in the interim. I asked for an opportunity to view. Again, said he would call back. Again, I had to follow-up a few days later. Was informed landlord had accepted an offer and would not permit other viewings. Really unprofessional from this company.
20th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I spoke with Vanessa in property management with regards to an issue with my key fobs and its been over 6 weeks and the matter is still outstanding. Vanessa was very rude and abrupt. It was the first time in 6 weeks asking for an update. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that. I have dealt with other colleagues in the branch and they were professional but Vanessa has unfortunately spoiled the reputation of the branch.
