4th Jul 2025 (8 days ago)Even through we didn't manage to sell with cornerstone, they did manage to get us a few viewings even in this hard market. I did find it a bit challenging to get any information from them as they never kept in contact for updates, we had to chase them up each time.

(40 reviews)19th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.
25th Feb 2025 (20 weeks ago)We used Your Ipswich to sell our first home, the whole process was smooth and quickly managed from start to finish. Our home was marketed accurately and viewings were performed well around our schedule. We dealt mainly with Karl who seemed down to earth and honest and he was the main reason we went with Your Ipswich. They also had the best rates compared to other agents in our area and provided incentives for sellers which was a bonus. Would definitely use them again for our next sale.

23rd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.
24th May 2025 (7 weeks ago)Very good agency. Me and my family used this agency to rent a house. They find us house very fast. Perfect communication, very lovely, nice and kind staff. After we leave the property, we cleaned it very well and they returned the full deposit. I strongly recommend it.

Shane was fantastic — professional, responsive, and always kept us up to date. The professional photos he took made a real difference in how the property was presented, and we really appreciated the effort he put in from day one. A big thank you also to Louise, who was brilliant throughout the process. She kept everything progressing smoothly, with excellent communication across both sides and right through the chain. Her support really helped keep the sale on track. Would definitely recommend the team to anyone looking to sell the property.

Would recommend anyone better than these guys!
28th Apr 2025 (11 weeks ago)Jade and Tom Mansbridge took the keys to our property for sale and rental property almost 4 months ago. We terminated the contract as we weren’t getting any response through them. It has been more than 3 months and despite several follow ups over email, text and unanswered calls they have still not returned the keys to us. I have email screenshots and text screenshots to share to prove how horrible their service is. I will never recommend Jackson & Co to anyone after this horrible service. See the screenshot of email I sent in Jan and then again in March.

19th Jun 2025 (23 days ago)I was selling this property on behalf of my aunt, who’s now in care. I chose Potters because my initial meeting with Karen just felt right. Friendly, helpful & professional the whole team worked hard to gain interest from potential buyers. It did take a long time to sell but the whole property market was slow so I held my nerve as instructed by Brad & glad I did. After each viewing emailed feedback was interesting and constructive.
5th May 2025 (10 weeks ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

1st Jul 2025 (11 days ago)10/10 for perseverance, they didn't stop. My property fell through twice, at no fault of the estate agent, but they were so very supportive. All staff were polite and friendly. I would like to have seen the agents using their knowledge of the property with potential buyers.
