20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

18th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.

His advice throughout was invaluable in what became a very pressured sale. Everyone in the company used their expertise to complete the transaction and we had every confidence in their work. I cannot think of any other agency where you have direct access to the company directors. Both Alex and Fran are not only professional, but also approachable and trustworthy at all times. All the office staff are exemplary, but a special mention for Molly whose hard work and determination knew no bounds. At no time did we ever have to initiate contact with the office , because they were in touch almost daily with information and device. Well done Find You Eden and many, many thanks. 2nd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen. He’s a real asset to the company — this deal simply wouldn’t have completed without him.
