16th Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
