Our house had a unique layout so both of them came out for a visit to visualise it and help/advise potential buyers. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely amazing service, thank you. Would highly recommend.

He has gone above and beyond, he is extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and fast to respond, and very professional at the same time. My experience with Connells so far has been great and ran smoothly, all with thanks to Jacob. I cannot recommend him enough!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Maria was outstanding and was the driving force for progression in the chain, it seemed at times that everyone was going to her for information rather than their own estate agent. There’s a good chance that we wouldn’t have got it over the line in good time without her!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Also they sent me a remainder about rent by email i replied on that email same day that rent is clear they have no time to see that. Also I am complaining about water leaking it's been more then two years still no response. All they wants money no care about customers.
