11th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)The Most Terrible letting agent to ever come across. You rent from them and when moving out they will try all means to withhold your deposit. They will not give you inventory when moving into the property but when you dispute the claims on your deposit then then will give DPS old videos and pictures of the property. Very wicked guys

They provide an outstanding service to both me the landlord, and also the tenants. The team in the office are all very friendly, very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a professional estate agency to manage their buy to let investments.

13th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassuranceNewton Fallowell - Leicester Forest East

17th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

Still waiting for repairs i reported in October, happy to contact me when they put my rent up but won't fix any problems, disgusting.<br><br>Attached other reviews to show how incompetent they are
