The valuation team I would say operated with double standards and had a conflict of interest which went against us as the vendor. In short why tell us a price we could get. A price if we wanted to sell quickly and then when asked again by a builder that we asked to do a part exchange with. You tell them a quick sale price of nearly £80k less than you told us. Very odd. One could be forgiven for thinking that it was intentional in order to not loose us and our sale commission value. Cynical? Maybe. But instinct and intelligence tells me otherwise.

There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????
15th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update November 2025 We raised a complaint with TPO who set the rules and guidelines for estate agents in UK, explained our situation on an email with all the evidence. We received decision from TPO on the 28th of November advising Belvoir estate agents to refund our money minus reference fees. We have our money back now.

12th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Everyone at Moore and York seems to be really helpful and very quick with responses on email or on the phone, however Natasha never seems to do anything, every time I email her regarding something someone else always replies as she clearly just doesn’t deal withit herself, every-time I call for her shes always out of the office or gone for the day, I would definitely recommend using Moore and York but would highly recommend not to contact Natasha and contact the others in the office.

Beautiful and well maintained homes ready to share your memories with family and friends for the years to come. The staff are amazing, they talk to one another to get things fixed even on out of office hours. House is checked twice a year to make sure everything is in place or need repairs. Since my start of renting everything was swift and easy from house viewing to contract signing. Hands down to Dipul, Depika, Owen and the rest of the team down to their maintenance guy, electricians, plumber and everyone else. Definitely a great package rolled into one. Will highly recomend Ewemove Leicester for good quality service and valuable homes. Thank you Ewemove Leicester. It is not just a property it is our home. ??????????????

16th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)After a disappointing experience with one easte egnets, I choose castles. Excellent at selling my property, it was only on the market for about 2 weeks, before I excepted an offer, unfortunately due to their circumstances they had to pull out. Castles where great, straight back on the market and within a few days I got another offer which I excepted. The photos of my property looks amazing aswell, very professional. All the team are lovey and very friendly, kept me updated on every step. I would highly recommend for anything, if I ever do think about selling my current property, without a doudt I would chose castles again ??????

Everything was handled smoothly from viewing to keys handover and communication was always clear and prompt. It made the experience stress-free, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property!
