19th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)I had a vacant property in in oadby which I didn’t know what to do, I spoke to the lettings team , Umaar , Daniel and Jordon , were very helpful . They put my property on the market and conducted viewings and my property was let within 2 days which was amazing . They kept me updated throughout the way and made it very smooth for me. I would definitely recommend!

Our move out was smooth and Yvonne advised us on very step of the way and helped us get our full deposit back. We are very happy with Yvonne and Knightsbridge.

She regularly provided updates, chased solicitors and third parties for needed documents and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. She really went above and beyond and I am grateful to her. I would recommend these to anyone.

22nd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We hadn't owned a property before nor dealt with any estate agents etc... Shonki Bros have always been very honest, open and informative. They supported us through the beginning and the end of our tenancy and help with any issues we came across. They were very clear about all expected from us as tenants and the process was of the tenancy was very simple. All the team are friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend using them.

23rd Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

Also they sent me a remainder about rent by email i replied on that email same day that rent is clear they have no time to see that. Also I am complaining about water leaking it's been more then two years still no response. All they wants money no care about customers.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
