Brilliant estate agents, I would definitely recommend them!

31st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Once we signed the contract they didn't reply to emails, didn't answer the phone and didn't call us back when arranged. Doesn't bode well for getting viewings booked in. They didn't host a single viewing for us because they 'don't work after 5pm', or 'anytime on Sundays' (the times most people want a viewing?!). Felt we were majorly oversold on services, not looked after and then were met with argumentative responses instead of apologies. The only saving grace was being let out of contract after 7 days instead of 28. I would avoid using this North Hykeham branch of Your Move, they are clearly understaffed.

25th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I chose them even though they were more expensive than my other two shortlisted ones, because I thought, after the initial contact, I would get excellent customer service. But no, emails not answered and messages not passed on. Had to keep chasing them for information I had requested. Not impressed.

24th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
