30th Aug 2024 (10 days ago)I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

5th Sep 2024 (4 days ago)If it is possible to give zero stars I would. This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever come across. They aren’t straight forward,they give different informations at different times, and are all really horrible. They make renting a property very exhausting and draining. After waiting for two weeks they kept giving I and my friend opposite informations and trying to confuse us. Lying and not knowing how to do thier jobs properly. I have a whole lot to say but all I would say is run from them. Flee if you must they are a disaster and if you know you don’t want stress in your life then you should avoid them at all cost. I wish I did.
5th Sep 2024 (4 days ago)As first time buyers of a house, we are pleased with the service that all the Cornerstone team has offered. We saw some properties with them, and all the time we were visiting the houses, James and his team were really helpful, friendly and professional and we are really happy that the house was finally purchased through them. We certainly recommend them and if at some point we would sell any property, we definitely will contact them as they are a wonderful company.
19th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Staff were very friendly and helped at all stages of the purchase. Gave me a lovely gift basket on completion which was a lovely surprise! Office is situated very conveniently in Pudsey. Spoke to other customers who were also very happy ????????

22nd May 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely superb.... Once again! Have used Andy in the past when we lived in Leeds & when we had to sell my mams property due to bereavement there was only one estate agent I felt we could trust. Andy may not have the most inviting estate shop decor or have a state of the art website to get him business. What he has is something more important than fancy bells and whistles and that is a wealth of knowledge in the market and a full contact book of decent honest people who can help sort out any problems that Surveyors & solicitors have a habit of raising! The modern way is to use an online virtual estate agent which is fine as you always have one eye on the costs involved but when the proverbial hits the fan which when involving surveyors, solicitors & lenders who are insistent on covering their own backs its impossible to solve the problem by running back to the online estate agents virtual bot! So if your either selling or buying property make Andy & K W Estates your first call

14th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

8th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I rented a property from Julie's Homes for around 18 months and I can honestly say it was the most refreshing rental experience (I'd been renting for many years). The team did everything they could to assist throughout, nothing was ever an issue, safety checks were all carried out promptly, any repairs were dealt with quickly. But most of all the customer service was fantastic - such a friendly team. Would happily recommend to anyone.

It's was no trouble, would go out of there way to give me time to adjust to changes. Over 30 years since I sold a house. Things have changed and a lot more high tec. Don't let that put you off! 5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
1st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
