15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)WW sold our house and I can honestly say that the service received from Louise, Claire and Pam was exceptional.....not to mention James and Ian from the start made everything smooth for us....nothing was too much to ask and we were kept updated throughout the transaction.......I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home in the near future :)

3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Viewed a property and kept up to date with them had to chase them for an answer. I called back several times talked to people who apparently, didn't have a clue. Got an answer on my 5th call to be told they "unfortunately had accepted another offer. If I'd called sooner I'd of been accepted." ?????????.untrustworthy and a complete waste of time.

Our year of renting through Cornerstone has been remarkably smooth, characterized by quick - if not same-day - repairs and maintenance. It's been an entirely hassle-free experience.

Kelcie was so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues I had. She made the overall process very stress free and constantly communicated with me to make sure I was up to date on my knowledge of the properties I viewed. She is a true credit to the William H Brown Pudsey team.
3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Had a really disappointing experience today with William H Brown in Headingley. Yesterday, my partner and I rang about a flat that we both absolutely loved the look of , situated in the city centre. The lady that we spoke to yesterday was friendly and helpful and booked us in to view the flat this afternoon at 14:40. She emphasised that this would be provisionally booked as they had not been able to get in touch with the current tenants; which we completely understood. It reached dinner time today and we had not had any form of communication from William H Brown so presumed that our viewing was still to go ahead. My partner rang and a different lady from the one we spoke to yesterday answered. She said that they had not been able to get in touch with the current tenants again; which again we completely understand that this is out of the control of William H Brown. However, the lady proceeded to say that if we did not hear from William H Brown later in the day to presume that the viewing would not be going ahead. The problem we have with this is that firstly a call from William H Brown would have been appreciated to let us know that they were unsure whether the viewing would go ahead earlier in the day as if we would not have called William H Brown ourselves we would have gone to the viewing assuming it was still going ahead. There was no appreciation of William H Brown of how long it would take us to get to the flat we were going to view from our current address; the assumption was just that we lived not far from the city centre. Basically, we have just been sat in limbo waiting to see whether our viewing was still going to go ahead. Luckily, we are both teachers and it is half term otherwise we would not have had the luxury to sit waiting around all day!! Finally, a call to say that they would arrange another viewing would have been appreciated. This has left us feeling not valued and not wanting to view any further flats with William H Brown. Very poor communication and frankly a waste of our time!

From our first meeting with Emma and then Charlotte who was with us every step of the way - we couldn’t have asked for more! Charlotte kept us up to date daily (often more than once!) and I can’t recommend her enough. 10 STARS!!!!
14th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
10th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I bought a flat sold/managed by Martin and Co. Dale Hesketh answered a lot of questions for me and kept me up to date. Katerina was the original agent, but left the company half way thru my purchase, she too was efficient. The only hiccup was their phone answering service, who didn’t seem to pass on my calls.

First choice for tenant find; used several times over past seven years or so for our buy to lets. Dan has the nous for seeking out good tenants and the peace of mind this brings. Strong recommendation
19th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Contractors review. 5 start service from start to finish. Always getting jobs booked in as soon as tenants report them. Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.
