25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)There was a hiccup with the sale when the first buyer disappeared off the face of the earth after 5 months, without announcing that he was no no longer interested in my property. When it became evident that he was unobtainable, Peter David rapidly re-assessed the situation, as the market had declined since the first advert, re-advertised it, and it attracted several more viewers, then from my acceptance of a second offer, the whole conveyancing process took 3 months. So fairly quick.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I want to share my exit experience with Martin and co. My tenancy agreement came to an end so by mistake I paid my full month rent of 625 in advance. I have called their office two times and they said the concerned is not available and will be available in sometime and will arrange a call back which I never received. I have personally messaged the concerned person and call him too never got a call back till now. Please be aware there tone and customer experience changes it was different when you give them money and it is different when you leave the property.

Terms and information provided up front was really transparent and straightforward and communication has been spot on throughout. The online portal was also a useful tool to have access to. 7th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Had been worried about selling my house after 30 years. Could I cope with the stress involved and the process being long winded, complicated and frustrating? Gareth came along, explained everything in simple terms, got an amazing bunch of photographs done and in no time and the For Sale board was in situ. He kept me up to speed with all my viewings by text if he couldn’t get hold of me - even scheduling them to a time frame and on certain days of the week so that we still had time to relax and enjoy time as a family. This was important to us as I felt we still had some control over the sale. Any time I had a question, Gareth could always answer and he helped me prioritise what needed to be done. He recommended me a choice of conveyancing solicitors and this saved me so much time in ringing around for one as the quotations fell into my inbox. It’s not everyday you sell your home so it can be really daunting at times, but when you have a good agent walking beside you it makes it so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Morgan Estates to anyone looking for a brilliant customer focused Estate Agency.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Kept us updated regularly at every stage of the selling process from viewings up to completion. Thank you so much.
1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
