It’s been quite a juggle but he communicated well and responded quickly with suggestions and quotes for issues and maintenance jobs reported by the tenant. I’d recommend Haf to manage your property.
10th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property. I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic and progressing. The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient. Thanks to Sam and her Team.

I think they need to think about various ways to improve the marketing of properties, rather than just suggesting reducing the price. Anyone can process a sale but not many can sell! Thats the difference.

Terms and information provided up front was really transparent and straightforward and communication has been spot on throughout. The online portal was also a useful tool to have access to. Overall, a very positive experience with Dacres Morley - would recommend to others.
