12th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)It was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Matt who was my first point of contact from start to finish was above and beyond! I seriously cannot fault his work and professionalism. I would recommend this agency and Matt for his hard work and dedication for finding the best suited tenants for my property.
25th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the short experience with this Lettings agency. Viewed a property which was said to be available immediately, put offer in of full asking price and now am being told the landlord is in no rush to let and they are waiting for other offers. Really frustrated as we have been chasing everyday to see what is happening, we made it clear that we are in a rush to leave our existing property as landlord is selling however, still received very poor service from this agency. Iv dealt with a a few in the past, and this is by far the slowest, advertising vacant properties then saying the landlord isn’t in a rush. Also got told the landlord would be happy with an 18 month contract, this is what we offered from the get go. If you need to move in a particular time frame, I really wouldn’t recommend this company.

She took the time to explain every step of the process in clear and simple terms, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout. Her communication was great, as she was always quick to respond to my questions, keeping me updated every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise I was able to secure a mortgage!

4th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)18 years with VA now. We have Advisory Center helping with incompetence and ill will of other agencies, so plenty of experience in Beds and Herts. VA, Vanessa and Emma are the best by a mile. We had issues big and small but was always able to talk it out and sort it. No discrimination, racism or xenophobia, great people of principles. Thank You for helping us for all those years, from student accommodation times to our separate flat in the heart of Luton. All the best.

I had seen a few properties with Indigo until i came across my dream buy. In a known location with everything I wanted - the process was long but I was kept up to date with all progress. As a first time home owner Michelle answered all my queries and advised me so well, she was always a phone call or email away. The team have been great I received first class service and Result!!! Will be moving in soon and super excited.

They have kept me informed throughout which has taken away a lot of pressure which has been stressful due to being ill and other factors. Thank you, I appreciate all that you've done throughout a stressful time. I highly recommend Leaders as previous estate agents were an absolute nightmare.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Thank you to Daniel and the team ,and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who wants professional help to sell there property. A 5 star rating, for a 5 star service. Stephen Grant
20th Apr 2025 (7 days ago)The refund process was handled efficiently. I just filled out a form and then after a few days, of waiting, the money was back in my account. I am impressed of the hassle free experience.
22nd Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)While they are great at taking ones details when you call to request for a viewing they fail to call you back as promised. When you follow up (24 hours later) they advise the property is no longer on the market. Very poor communication.
