16th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)If every estate agent was like Luton branch of Northwood, estate agents wouldn’t have a negative reputation! We rent an older property, so have had numerous issues to report over the years. Not only is there always a prompt response, but also genuine concern, evidenced by follow-up calls until the problem has been resolved. My wife and I have had dealings with each member of the lettings team. Without exception, staff are courteous, friendly—and efficient. We get the impression that a happy atmosphere prevails in the office. Having recently met the manager, we think we know why!

We had few damages in the flat and they fixed it straight after they were informed. 9th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)We recently sold our house through Gibbs in Pinner and had a very smooth and efficient experience. Adam in particular was key in all this as he understood and circumvented challenges of selling a home with two young children. Viewings were arranged to suit us around childcare and block booked. We were kept informed of updates throughout the process. And advised with our best interests in mind when one issue with the house was presented. All in all can’t recommend them and him enough. He really took care of us and made the process seem easy and stress free!

Tim is the consummate professional, assisting with all aspects of the process and guiding you to a successful outcome. Drawing on his previous career as a professional photographer, Tim produces a fantastic portfolio of images that presents houses in their best light. Another differentiator is his ability to coach you about the process - providing guidance on realistic pricing and the viability of prospective buyers, only putting forward offers if they are genuinely proceedable. Tim recommended using Hannah Solicitors as he is used to working with them, and this arrangement worked really well as it removed friction, ambiguity and delay. Tim communicates very effectively with all stakeholders which sets him apart. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim to sell your home.
