We had few damages in the flat and they fixed it straight after they were informed. Special credits to Valentina who is very responsive and supportive, as well as Marios at the reception of the Hoola building who is always available to provide assistance.

5th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)Outstanding service and professionalism. We first met Tim when viewing a house he was selling and were so impressed, we brought him onboard to sell our home. His knowledge and experience in the industry was evident from the very start, he gave us honest and realistic expectations where others had over-exaggerated the truth and was always on hand to discuss matters and provide updates. Even when we received documentation full of legal jargon that we didn't fully understand, Tim would always be able explain and assist. Another great benefit was Tim's connections and recommendations for other Services during the process such as solicitors and removals. There was never any pressure to choose these but we knew from Tim's high professional standards and experience that he would only recommend the best, and they were all great. Having experienced Tim's services as both a potential buyer and a vendor, we cannot praise him enough. No house sale/ purchase is without issues but we felt Tim helped make the whole process as smooth and seamless as possible. We would highly recommend his services and would use him again in the future. Thanks Tim.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
9th Sep 2024 (25 days ago)Nova were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had such a positive experience with them selling our home and even purchasing our new property also with Nova. Shwain, Nick and Ali are highly professional, friendly, helpful and generally just the nicest guys to deal with. The quality and efficiency of everything they do is second to none. The photos, video and care they took when getting our home to market was insane, we couldn't of been happier with it and they made the viewing process so effortless! Could not recommend Nova enough, if your thinking of selling then these are the guys to do it, so glad we choose Nova. They were very forthcoming when asked for recommendations for other professionals necessary for the buying/selling process and these were spot on. They put us in touch with some amazing professionals who all made our home move possible! Special mention to Shwain who was our point of contact during our sale/purchase; he is an absolute gentleman, was always on hand to help with absolutely everything and we cant thank him enough. Highly recommended Nova, they have to be the best estate agents in Luton!!
