She is friendly, knowledgable, and took the time to get to know me and my situation. Their personal knowledge of the area and potential buyers meant that my house sold without going to market and after only one viewing! The team are very responsive to emails and calls and have answered many a stupid question from me. Would definitely use again.

From the moment I moved in, Abigail was always there to help, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care made me feel right at home. I always recommend her to my friends who are looking for a place to rent. If you want a fantastic rental experience, I highly recommend Abigail and her team!
30th May 2024 (20 weeks ago)I recently had a viewing with daisy. she was absolutely amazing and personable and very very helpful kind and friendly. I am genuinely more inclined to get the property because of her service and highly inclined to work with reeds rain from how amazing the support was. she offered a wide range of options for support as well! would have left a money tip had that been appropriate. deserves a raise.

They alway find new tenants quickly, they manage all maintenance and repairs efficiently and they are always easy to reach on the phone. Would definitely recommend them.

We really struggled with our previous estate agent and decided to change over to Jordan Fishwick after meeting Richard and getting the best level of customer service. From initial conversation all the way to completion has been seamless, the team went above and beyond throughout. What differs Jordan Fishwick from the rest? The customer service, personable approach, fantastic communication and marketing. Having used 3 other agents in Didsbury with various sales, I can confidently say Jordan Fishwick are the best and cannot recommend enough.

28th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)Sadly didn’t have a good experience renting with C & R properties. Whilst Darren and the maintenance team were always lovely, the lack of communication and transparency from the agency was frustrating. A lot of blame was placed on us as renters, even when a cabinet (held up by what looked like toothpicks) fell off the wall, splitting the toilet seat and nearly hitting my housemate. We were also without hot water for nearly 2 weeks last autumn after our boiler leaked and flooded our bottom floor. A faulty dehumidifier was provided which left carpet smelling damp, and our house very cold. We were told to use our own towels to clean up the water, our shoes and belongings were damaged and they gave us minimal compensation but only after a lengthy debate with our property manager. Emails and enquiries went days before response, and some without any at all. We had to wait over a month to hear anything back after we handed in our keys. Luckily the deposit protection service gave us some money back from their deductions for the delay.

My mother wanted to sell her home but didn't want the stress, after her trying with an inferior estate agent, so she handed the sale over to me. I decided on Main and Main. We were dealt with professionally from the first visit right through the Conveyancing process and sale. When the house went live, we had viewings arranged within days and an offer made within a week. Cathy, Sam, Matt and Leila were always professional and friendly too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone selling their home.

31st Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)First of all, when they got deposit money they never ring you back .they just making money on the holding fee for your reference check. They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. Scammers just making haram money.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)Worst housing company. Moved in to a disgusting house with maggots under the fridge and a horrible smell. Dryer broke after one use and the washing machine ended up breaking too. Apparently a check of the appliances was done (not likely). Also one housemate had to wait 3 months to get her bedroom blind repaired which was broken when we moved in. Horrible communication and scammed us with our deposit. Sending blank photos of ‘stains’ which were not there and claiming they could not load our photos we sent as proof we had left the house clean and tidy. Didn’t help filling in mouse holes as “they would make other holes anyway”. Just lazy. Do not go with MCR Move.

5th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
