10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

Jo guided us through with care and compasion, treating us like humans and not just another transaction. Throughout the entire buying process and after many viewings with various agencies Jo stood out as the dream partner in the process. Thank you Jo! She advised us along the way, set reasonable expectations as we went and even referred contractors for things like moving, electrics and solicitors. While we mainly dealt with Jo, everyone in the team that we spoke to was also really nice and helpful, with anything that we needed. Well done team, we are some very happy customers.

Universally accommodating to our wishes and we received a suitable sale price for the house. We moved in early October 2025 and still as of March 13th 2026 there's STILL a load of rubbish left behind from a previous tenant/builder around the side and back of our garage. I have rang Gascoigne Halman many times to raise and chase the issue but nothing is being done about it. As renters the house should be ready to move into it shouldn't be on us to arrange and pay for the removal of this rubbish not left by us!

We’ve bought a house through The Property Man, the chain was complex with many unexpected twists and turns throughout but Jessica and team took it all in their stride, always acting with the upmost professionalism. Superb communication and a clear amount of expertise, we wouldn’t hesitate to sell our home through TPM in the future (we wish we did in the first place!)

20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
