Their level of service consistently went above and beyond what could have been expected. The whole team was unfailingly polite and ready to provide information throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
9th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I had a positive experience with Bridgfords Sales and Letting Agents Sale throughout the process of renting a property. Their communication was excellent, with prompt responses to my inquiries and clear explanations of the rental process. The letting agent demonstrated professionalism and provided accurate information about the properties available for rent.
6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Bridgefords were really good at letting out my property with a very quick turnaround time but the service after that has been exceptionally poor: rarely anyone answers calls or responds to emails. I was charged double for the letting fee and yet with many emails and phones later this matter has not been resolved (close to a year now). I am looking to switch over to a smaller local agent but getting Bridgefords to transfer over the documentation is like getting blood out of a stone.

John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .

All the application forms and instructions were provided fast and explained really well, plus communication was maintained at all times and all questions answered promptly.

AVOID They accepted my offer for a home, I set up an mortgage and solicitor etc, upon sending the money, they stated they didn't accept the offer, I asked for a phone recording and they didn't give it to me to prove they were wrong, after I paid for a surveyance that was non refundable. AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY WILL NOT ACT RESPONSIBLY. AND yes, before you say it, my offer was ACCEPTED!- 8th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Great team to work with! 5th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.
21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.
23rd Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I have had experience in both letting and selling with Jameson and Partners, and cannot recommend them enough. Jen, Nat, Sam and Anna all showed exceptional levels of professionalism throughout, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Firstly, the service they provide is exceptional. From a lettings perspective, they were able to find me a selection of tenants very quickly - and were able to guide me through the process of letting my property out, even when I had to relocate away from the area. They dealt with all of the tenants' needs promptly, and I felt as though I was kept informed at all points, which I greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to advise me on various points, and to answer all of my questions. From a sales perspective, the sale of my property was not simple (for reasons outside of J&P's control). I was seriously impressed by their commitment to the sale, and that even after the sale was secured, the level of service did not in any way drop off. Jameson and Partners were indefatigable in their chasing of solicitors, etc to help the sale to complete. I will not hesitate to use Jameson and Partners again, for letting or sales, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area - truly five-star agents.
