30th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.

12th Jun 2025 (4 days ago)I’ve had a fab experience with this branch. By far the best I’ve had with any letting agent. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but felt like I needed to here. Karen was brilliant. She managed the arranging of my viewings really promptly, was super clear with communication, and just had such a kind, thoughtful approach. She gave helpful info about the area, was honest about the practicalities, and made the whole thing feel easy. After I was accepted, she kept in touch and gave clear advice on what would happen next. Amanda picked things up with Karen still involved, after that and was equally fab – really consistent, kept me updated, and always quick to respond. Both were really easy to get hold of, always kept me in the loop, and just made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward.

3rd Jun 2025 (13 days ago)We have recently rented a property through Keenans. The whole process was made very simple by the knowledgeable, efficient staff int he Lettings department. All the checks were done promptly and we were kept up to date at all times as to the progress of our application. Communication was great and the handover of our new property, including a comprehensive inventory was exceptional. Since we moved in we have had some queries and Keenans have been prompt and efficient in getting the answers we need. Altogether a really professional service and a great experience. Thank you.
10th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)Where do I start! I have never sold a house before and was really very unsure. I approached Hunters and right from day one the team were amazing and full of knowledge. My house sold in approx 48 hours and i was over the moon! We did hit hurdles along the way more than once but Nicole is amazing she knows exactly what to do in every single situation. From start to finish Nicole has been my absolute rock and font of knowledge. Communication has been amazing (friday round up haha) I can not thank you enough Nicole. I have already recommended Hunters to friends and they all say the same. Definitely sell with Hunters Middleton!
