30th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.

Dave has been very friendly and helpful from the point of valuing my property through to putting it on the market, and Sue has always responded quickly to any queries I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

10th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)Where do I start! I have never sold a house before and was really very unsure. I approached Hunters and right from day one the team were amazing and full of knowledge. My house sold in approx 48 hours and i was over the moon! We did hit hurdles along the way more than once but Nicole is amazing she knows exactly what to do in every single situation. From start to finish Nicole has been my absolute rock and font of knowledge. Communication has been amazing (friday round up haha) I can not thank you enough Nicole. I have already recommended Hunters to friends and they all say the same. Definitely sell with Hunters Middleton!
