4th Nov 2024 (29 days ago)I contacted Regency over a year ago, in relation to a house they manage on my street. I advised them of the drug dealing and constant noise at all hours of the morning. They assured me this would be dealt with once they had spoken to the Landlord and that I should delete my negative review (which I complied with). 1 year on, nothing has changed. There is amphetamine being sold by this individual, the police have advised the landlord/agent has to get in touch to evict the tenant however all reports made fall on deaf ears. There is no duty of care aslong as they are pocketing their fees!

He was more than happy to speak to us and answer any questions we had. We would recommend Antony to anyone selling their propery

Their part of the process made selling easy, open, professional and always available. I would highly recommend them.

23rd Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)We had our first appointment with Andrew from countrywide mortgage services at Entwistle Green, Bolton back in May. We were warmly welcomed by Bridget to begin with. Our whole experience with the branch has been just brilliant and we cannot fault them. Andrew, our mortgage adviser, had been incredible, Bridget arranged to show us around the house at short notice and went out of her way. Chris, the branch manager, kept us updated and chased things up for us, as did Hayley before leaving. Matthew was also fantastic on the viewings we had with him and was really informative. We completed on our house purchase yesterday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Entwistle Green, Bolton.

From the beginning through to completion they did everything in their power to make the process as quick and as efficient as possible. From conveying our love of the property to the seller to help us secure the best price, to chasing our solicitors for updates, the team at Ryder & Dutton are fantastic, efficient and friendly. A special mention to Catherine Sailsbury for always being so approachable, kind and responsive. You really made the whole process all the more exciting and enjoyable, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts from both of us.

We ended up extending with our current lender, which Alex arranged very quickly! It was also good to get advice on what else was ‘out there’ on the market across the different lenders. Highly recommend Alex’s services.

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
