Their market knowledge is second to none. They recommended a quick cosmetic refurb which totally transformed the house and was then let in a matter of days.

The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. As you can read, we would most highly recommend !

The purchase was complete in less than 5 weeks. We were kept informed at all stages even during completion and collection of keys.

Joanne took the lead and gave me as my mother's Attorney sound advice which I had no hesitation in following ... and the Bolton Properties team then expertly brought about a top of the valuation-range sale.

Living 200 miles away that struck a note with me as in all other regards the agents were saying very much the same things. I was very impressed with the speed at which things were moving and the communication I received.

19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs
30th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.
14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.
29th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)PLM were outstanding. We had three previous agents and I have to say their overall service and attention was nothing but superb! They truly go that extra mile with everything . I would highly recommend anyone to use PLM.
26th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Rudest staff, no communication within the office, so unhelpful, avoid avoid avoid Called to book a viewing and was told ‘shes not here so I can’t book it’ I asked ‘when will she be back please’ the women on the phone replied ‘well I don’t know because she’s not here to ask is she’ I let this go and called back a few days later to book the viewing. Got booked in and was sent an application form. Of course I filled out the form. I was then sent a very rude email stating the application would be sent after a viewing, fine, went to the viewing where there were 4 other people viewing at the same time, the estate agent was exceptionally overstretched to the point it came across rude. Having to keep turning her back during conversations, left alone to walk round without any knowledge of the property given and no chance to ask questions and then had to openly discuss finances infront of all the other people viewing. I was told I would be called later that day to state if my application would still be sent off due to it being sent in too early. I was not called, waited until the following day and received an email asking if I wanted to view the property. I replied to the email to find my email had been added to a block list!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service, rude staff, so glad I realised this before committing to a property with them!!!

Emily, in the office, has been so good at keeping me posted with absolutely everything that they have been doing on my behalf. When I have emailed with questions, she has been so polite and not made me feel like I am bothering her. I look forwards to a quick sale, thanks to Emily and all the staff at Keenans!
