17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

24th Mar 2025 (24 days ago)I have used Invicta estate agents for many many years . Firstly for letting my property out and finally for selling it. They are AMAZING. The Lettings team took on all the responsibilities and kept me informed of any thing that needed doing. They were also proactive in keeping all legal aspects up to date, for example gas boiler certificates , legionnaires disease report etc. When they sold the property for me , again the work that they did behind the scenes was exemplary. The communication skills that the whole team have, selling letting and Paul was just excellent. This took a lot of stress out of the processes. I can highly recommend them .

I can honestly say that this was the best decision in choosing Quarters to sell my mother’s property. There was no hard sell when I initially met Gavin upon deciding on an agent for selling mums bungalow. I also liked the fact it was a small friendly team. During these last few months, the team worked together really well, with superb communication throughout. They certainly delivered above and beyond expectations. 5th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)I have used Bairstow Eves a number of times now and they have always managed to let my properties successfully. Carina and Tracy are helpful, professional and always keep me in the loop and communicate effectively and efficiently. They are quick to act upon any leads and try to do the best they can for both the tenant and the landlord. I would definitely recommend them every time, without a doubt.
5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.
2nd Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)My family have been connected with a house in Tankerton since the late 1800s and have owned it, through 3 generations, since 1945. Rather reluctantly we had taken the decision to sell it and requested quotations from several local Estate Agents. Christopher Hodgson provided the highest quote so we visited them and were struck immediately by the sheer professionalism of the firm led from the front by Will Raolfe. He was knowledgeable, approachable and responded to any queries we had quickly and efficiently. He was instrumental in driving the whole process forward and was constantly in touch with both sets of solicitors. Whenever I was worried about any aspect of the sale he was able to provide sensible and helpful advice. Without this I am sure we would have not achieved the result that we did. I should add that every member of his staff with whom we had dealings acted in a friendly and helpful manner and I felt that we really were in the hands of a truly excellent company. I can recommend Christopher Hodgson without hesitation.

We found, Chloe Payne particularly helpful, she showed a real interest in our property, was very attentive and worked really hard to find us a buyer. Chloe is a real asset to the Connells team and we wish them all along with, Simon the manager all the best for the future.
