Sara was incredible at finding our dream place off market (despite being months with other agencies!) and was just so lovely to deal with. Jeremy and Sara always went the extra mile for us, and we felt constantly relaxed throughout a usually quite stressful process thanks to them. Would highly recommend!!

23rd Apr 2024 (11 days ago)As a British Citizen living in Melbourne Australia, I have used the letting services of Glenhall for 7 years. Also, recently to sell my 1 bedroom flat in New Southgate N11. Having known Farooq and his understanding of lettings, I decided he was the best representitive to alleivate the process of procuring a legal conveyancer and for Glenhall Estates to market the flat. Well, I could ask for no more. Clear communication from Farooq and his understanding of the timings and completion. Also, delicatley communicating with (myself!) the conveyancer, tenants and the buyer. Farooq! Cheers! Flat sold! Lee Phillips

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.

29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Louisa at G&H was awesome for us. Especially in the current market, it's not just about getting offers it's also about making them stick. Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips. Let's be honest - sometimes agents don't always get the best press but Louisa 100% earned a five star rating! Indeed, we wish we could give more stars - thank you!

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
