9th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)My father’s house in N8 was sold quickly and efficiently while I was sitting in the sun, in my house in Italy! The staff, led by Christian, did everything for us without ever having met any of them! I had an initial phone call when I instructed Prickett & Ellis to take care of the sale, then, all communication, appointments etc… was done via emails! Excellent Agents, friendly, professional and helpful ! Would recommend without hesitation!

15th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Only had a positive experience with Hane, everyone I’ve spoke to there about issues at my flat have been super helpful & communicative! People have been quick to reply and quick to sort out when repairs are needing done. Can only recommend!

8th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I was rented a place glad just for a year from them.i was signed contract with Mark , at beginning of signed contract I was charged extra cost for transferring money (£30 which should be mentioned at beginning) other wise I will be given them cash. At beginning me and my husband told that we looking for property to be managed by agency not by landlord. After when we move to the property I raised few issues which need to solved , andnothing happened. I've been left to deal with landlord by myself. As they don't deal with property. So they just trick me to signed the contract. At the end of my tenancy, I received a email from landlord regarding extra things which they was not included in my tenancy so I contract with agency. Mark was aware that landlord request my to do professional carpet cleaning at the end , so I ask him if he can show to me a paragraph from tenancy . He replied to me by email that I can do carpet steaming which is same things. So I decided to see him face to face at the branch. I got that feeling straight away that I'm not welcome , completely avoid the answer to my question, when another estate agent pop in to the branch simply he made me to leave. Just avoid this company , like other says in them reviews. I would give them - 5.
2nd Feb 2024 (16 weeks ago)Hobarts Alexandra Park Office were our local sole agents during the sale of our leasehold converted flat in the Alexandra Park area during 2022. It turned out to be a really complicated and delayed transaction due to a previous breach in the lease problem which our solicitors seemingly 'missed' when we first purchased, with the problem arising after the sale was agreed and the buyer's mortgage approved. Hobarts Sales Manager, (Kaush Mistry) was very aware concerning both his applicant's and client's 'needs', with Director, (Chris Davenport) similarly so. This small company runs on customer-friendly basis, with their office staff being efficient and helpful whenever I/my wife needed to liaise. Thus, relative to our experience with Hobarts, we have no reservations in recommending this Estate Agency to buyers and sellers.
19th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Dodgy landlord and the team at Robert Lehrer properties will do nothing to help, and continue providing services to these dodgy landlords. Go somewhere else, save your money and time.
27th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)This agency works professionally and everyone in the team has great customer service and how they deal with their tenants enquiries. They have always dealt with my matters straight away in the last 3 years of being their tenant e.g replying to me emails the same day. I’ve had a great experience with this agency and would mainly like to thank the main guys ALEX and MEHMET for all of their kind help throughout the years with their great service. Thank you once again N16 Estate Agency!!! ??
1st Jul 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.
11th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We were left without hot water for 5+ months. We were hit with a £900 waterbill after no clarity on whether we were liable for this. We were given our eviction notice at 11:30pm the night before we were due to renew. When it was time for viewings, times were not confirmed so we had random people turning up to our door. Our deposit took 6+ weeks to be returned in which Links took £1000+ Unprofessional, unethical, shifty, no respect, and god-awful customer service. Please do yourselves a favour and stay well away from this tragedy of a company.Lionsgate Property Management

The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!

Ian and the team at Michael Steven are nothing but true professionals that go above and beyond to ensure that not only is your house sale safe with them, but you have full communication throughout your journey. Moving home as we all know is one of the most stressful experiences anyone can go through, but with a team like this working to do their best for their clients it helps to put your mind at ease. 5th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were mid-conveyancing on a property through another Estate Agent as FTB’s when it was sold without warning by Benham & Reeves to other buyers. We lost our new home, our legal fees, our survey costs, mortgage offer, and low interest rate. We even started looking at furniture! Benham & Reeves not only condones “gazumping,” but clearly encourages it. What a shame that such a long standing institution has such unethical practices and little integrity. Response: Nowhere did I say I registered with you and nowhere did I say you were unlawful. I said gazumping, which you welcome, is unethical. Any house buyer in the country would agree. Your practices and actions as a company directly affected me in my house purchase, so I left a review - to call me “unethical” for writing it is ludicrous. Buyers should be made aware of which estate agents have no problem encouraging gazumping so far into conveyancing. If you find this “perplexing,” that’s even more concerning. My conveyancer was utterly appalled by you and your sellers (who were a faceless property investment firm).
