24th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

16th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I have just completed on the sale of a property in Highgate through Lichfields who despite getting me the best price found a buyer in an exceptionally short time. This was all the more impressive as it was over the Christmas/New year period. From the moment Giselle valued the property i knew i had made the right decision. She was friendly, enthusiastic and professional with a great knowledge of the local property market. As with all probate sales problems and queries can arise during conveyancing but these were dealt with by Giselle and John timely and professionally and they were both a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly use Lichfields again and would have no hesitation in recommending Giselle and John as two people who will go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for the client.

15th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

When I left the rent they told me the house was not good. Before I rented, the house was a dump But I repaired it. Before I left, they asked me to fix the bedroom, so I did what they said because I didn't want the deposit. Even though I repaired it, they deducted it from my deposit.????????????THESE ARE SCAMMERS

Mark was highly responsive to emails, promptly addressed any issues in the flat, and was accomodating to any requests from our end. As both an estate agent and landlord, he made the rental process smooth, stress-free and very transparent. I would highly recommend Mark and this agency.

I would recommend Stonebridge because I only had contact with directors who were experienced. This held the chain together and their support was invaluable.

Nobody enjoys the process of moving, dealing with the chaos of making offers and counter-offers for properties, encountering agents who are either dishonest or evade the truth, or being subjected to considerable stress and pressure. This agency is the stark contrast to all of that. This agency, along with its staff, has been extraordinarily helpful, patient, and most notably, refreshingly straightforward and honest. I will always rely on them in the future, as I felt completely trustworthy throughout the entire process and believed that they were genuinely collaborating with me to discover the best solutions to my dilemma. Speaking of dilemmas, they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my specific situation, which required me to be referenced and approved to move within a two-day period. They accomplished this by working extra hours, liaising with multiple agencies and banks, among others, all while doing so in the most supportive manner. To anyone facing the daunting task of finding a new home, especially under tight constraints or challenging circumstances, I wholeheartedly recommend this estate agency. A happily settled London lessee ????
