18th May 2023 (1 year ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

29th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)I was living in 17 kingfisher court Gateshead. Never ever go for that property. Both agency and owner are unresponsive and greedy for your deposit. The property looks good from view perspective but it’s not maintained deeply. I faced lots of issues and quality of furniture, broken bed, chairs, pathetic sofa. And living spaces dint listen to any repair. Bulbs were old and flickering. And at the end they will take your full deposit.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

We live out of the area but Karen Dowdeswell was lovely and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They worked hard to sell the property and made sure everything went smoothly. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

We have always had a positive experience and found the whole team went out of their way to support us as both buyers and sellers. During our recent purchase there were several issues that needed to be resolved and Lorna & the team did so much to enable completion.

Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.

29th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Struggled to get anywhere with maintenance issues. Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.
