Nothing is too much to ask. We are new to renting, so of course have lots of questions, but he is only ever too happy to answer them and help us. He's gone the extra mile in not only providing us with amazing knowledge of the property, but knowing we have moved a fair distance, he's given us lots of information and advice about the area and things that are suitable and fun to do as a family. He really is a credit to the company and we are so grateful for all he has done and continues to do.

The team at Bingham are fantastic, Jonathan, Mel and Sharron were brilliant they kept us up to date all the way through the process and knew, at hand the state of play when ever i called. Nothing was to much trouble, super fast at getting our house to market and equally when it came to gathering feedback from potential buyers. I would highly recommend using Hammond's.

I have been called up on the phone and disrespected, rudely addressed and hung up on by a staff member when responding to one of their questions. When I tried to call back in shock of how I was being addressed, I was hung up on by the staff member and they proceeded to block my phone number. I am shocked that a business would allow their employees to speak in such a way to tenants. This is in regard to a parcel that was left at a property I have moved out of and them wanting me to collect this - something I physically cannot do during my working hours - perhaps something that they might have heard if they listened to me on the call, didn’t shout down the phone and then hang up…

Hannah always greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness, nothing felt like it was too much trouble. I’m so thankful for how well we’ve been taken care of by Hannah, and by Shweley and Paul who guided us through the mortgage process and again, were super-responsive to all our queries, never making us feel like any question was silly. We’ve been made to feel completely safe in their hands, and I can’t recommend them enough. Hannah, you’re a diamond, thank you so much.

Right from the start they have been refreshingly open and honest on the value and marketablity of the property. They produced fanastic marketing material and were brilliant at keeping us informed and up-to-date though out the whole process. We face a number of difficult with our buyers and Davids calm professialism was both reassuring and helpful through the process. There fees where transparent and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

18th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

They really know the Newark market and are pro active on clients behalf. If we ever move back to the area we would use them again. Excellent.
