James was particularly great - really responsive and helpful. Viewings were arranged easily and once the sale was agreed, it all went smoothly thanks to the team.
2nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)We had a nothing but positive experience purchasing our first home through FHP. Our viewings with Steve were excellent, well informed and honest. Shavaie was always easily accessible with very prompt replies to queries. In the latter stages of the purchase process, we felt like the agents were keeping on top of everything with good overview, and ultimately everything went completely smoothly. Thank you!

They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! 19th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. They are so knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them even late nights and weekends calls are answered promptly with a fast resolution. I have used Whitegates for the past three years and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a property managed, find a tenant or a home to rent or buy.

9th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.- 23rd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all
12th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Keyworth branch recently handled the sale of my mum's home. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. Matt, Sarah, Harry and Donna were all professional and friendly. Matt saw the house to value it and explained how it should be priced to get maximum interest. He was right as we ended up with more than the asking price. The team managed all our viewings which saved us time and travelling. Communication was very good by Email and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Keyworth branch of Royston and Lund for anyone needing to sell their house.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

11th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Having recently used Oliver Reily Newark regarding a recent property transaction we have found the service provided by the whole team excellent. Calls always answered in a timely manner, issues looked into and resolved by Sarah or Mel keeping the process moving along as needed. Owen and Kristy accompanied us on viewings, not being local they gave us further insights on the location which was useful. All in all a pro active Estate Agent delivering a quality service.

10th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Do not use this company! Absolutely awful experience. I rented a mice infested apartment with them, finding out this was an issue they had known about for three years and continued to let. Had a hole in the roof for six months that they didn’t fix and have had to vacate due to such poor living conditions. And after all that claimed half my deposit for an issue they failed to record in the inventory from the previous tenancy.
