Being a first timer with no clue and lots of worries, Liz went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and cared for, always having time for us and helping in anyway she could. Absolutely amazing experience with all staff members; Reo and Niall, both very professional and friendly, but most importantly, Simon Massey who has gone above and beyond for my mother-in-law while selling and buying her properties recently. My mother-in-law has needed alot of support as we live approx 160 miles away and she has health issues. Simon was absolutely wonderful to her and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Always remember not many things in life run smoothly and there are always hiccups, but with the excellent service that Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse provides, you know things will run as smoothly as they can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support.

She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team! The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

Unfortunately we were misled about improvement to the property (double glazing) and after a year misled that landlord wanted a new contract.

Ben and his colleagues kept us up to date with proceedings and always fitted us in to their schedule if we wanted extra visits to check out and measure certain things in our new property. Would certainly recommend Sankeys for the personal and professional way they dealt with us and other people in the chain. Many thanks again.

She’s explains everything amazingly so I can understand it all! She’s always there to support and help on any piece of paper work within minutes of emailing. (Quite a lot I’ve asked questions) Looking forward to my next stages of my adventures with her supporting me! 10 out of 10 ??????????
2nd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Other than a very polite young man named Will Tapley, who is a credit to his role and is aIot better than the company he his working for, i have nothing but bad things to report unfortunately from pridea lettings. Moving into the property was simple enough, but a broken window on the property was never fixed despite many requests. Moving out of the property if you are not present for the inventory they will take a lot of money from your deposit. Cleaned the house, deep cleaned the appliances and still charged an extortionate amount for cleaning and repairs, which when pressed on they could not produce invoice reports to back up their claims. Strongly recommend you avoid this company.

23rd Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THE REVIEWS AND I COMPLETELY AGREE ON THE FOLLOWING THINGS: WORST LETTING AGENTS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED TILL DATE 1- THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO ACKNOWLEDGING OR RESPONDING TO EMAIL, I HAVE TRAILS OF EMAILS WHERE IN THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY RESPONDED WEEKS LATER AND SOMETIMES EVEN MONTHS LATER. 2- THEY WILL SHREWEDLY TAKE AWAY A BIT CHUNK OF YOUR DEPOSIT (SOMETIME THE WHOLE AND EVEN SOME MORE), I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY SOME TO HAVE TAKEN THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, I NEEDED THE MONEY URGENTLY SO I DID NOT BUT DONT BE BULLIED BY THEM AND IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE BEEN MASSIVELY OVERCHARGED, PLEASE TAKE THAT ROUTE YOU WILL NOT COME OUT BAD. 3- THEY HAVE MENTIONED "UNFORTUNATELY THEY WILL NOT ABLE TO USE THE CONTRACTOR WE HAD REQUESTED", IT IS NOT IN THEIR RIGHTS TO DECIDE WHICH CONTRACTOR THEY CAN GO WITH. ITS ALL A MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. I HAVE A PROOF OF THEIR QUOTATION AND CAN TRAIL BACK WITH THE ACCOUNTS TEAM OF THE CLEANING COMPANY TO CHECK WHAT AMOUNT THEY HAVE RECEIVED AND DIG DEEP, WHICH I WILL BE DOING. 4- AFTER THE FINAL CHECK, WE WERE TOLD ABOUT 3 THINGS FOR WHICH THE DEPOSIT WILL BE USED BUT THEN WHEN THE QUOTATION ARRIVED IT INCLUDED MANY MORE. ITS A SHAME WHAT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER'S RESOURCES. BAD GOVERNANCE AND NOT BEING BONAFIDE. 5- THEY ALSO CHARGED US FOR EXTRA RENT FOR A DAY. WE GAVE THEM ONE MONTHS NOTICE ON THE 8TH NOV STAYING WE WILL LEAVE ON THE 15TH DEC. BECAUSE 15 TO 15 WAS OUR PAY CYCLE. INSTEAD WE SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN 14TH DEC. THEY CHARGED US FOR 15TH WHEN IN REALITY WE HANDED OVER THE KEYS TO THEM ON THE 13TH ITSELF. WE ONLY HAD AN OPTION TO INCREASE OUR CONTRACT BY 6 OR 12 MONTHS BUT THEY JUST TOOK THAT OPPORTUNITY TO GET 16GBP FOR FREE. IT ABSOLUTELY MAKES NO SENSE. SOPHIE WAS RUDE AND FULL OF FALSE PRIDE ON THE CALL. FINALLY, BE VERY CAREFUL. WE GOT TO KNOW FROM THE MARKET THAT THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION AND OFTEN REFERRED TO AS COWBOYS. I DONT WANT TO NAME ANYMORE, BUT THE WHOLE TEAM WAS A NIGHTMARE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND ONLY RESPOND WHEN ITS FOR THEIR BENEFIT. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. GET IT CLEANED YOURSELF OR SOME AGENCY BUT DONT GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO LOOT YOU. THEY TOOK 222GBP FOR CLEANING FROM US, WHICH WAS REDICULOUS. IN A YEARS TIME THAT TOO JUST IMAGINE WOULD THE OWNER PAY THAT MUCH FOR CLEANING IF HE USED HIS OWN PROPERTY. THEIR CONCEPT OF WEAR AND TEAR IS BROKEN AND NEED THE FLAT JUST AS BRAND NEW. JOKE. THIAGO WAS THE ONLY HOPE, ATLEAST HE RESPONDED TO MAILS AND CALLS.

Oliver came to give us a valuation and we were really impressed by his friendly, non pushy nature unlike some other valuations we had had. Both Oliver and Mel have been fantastic throughout our sale by keeping us regularly updated and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
