14th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

Hopefully now we will be able to get somewhere for my step daughter and her children to live. Thank you for your help, Danny ????

There was a hitch with a prospective buyer placing an offer which we accepted but unknown to us they were unsure about the process and turned out to be a time waster. I think DJ should have validated the offer more effectively.

Had a look at a lovely flat, and was shown the property by Sarah, who was both professional and also friendly, making a lot of other letting agents look like amateurs by comparison. Kept the communication direct and simple in informing me what I needed to do next in the application, can't praise Marriotts enough!

3rd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)I've been a tenant under the Comfort Estates letting team for a month now and from the short amount of time I've spent with the team, I've experienced nothing but professional, friendly and speedy customer service. Hannah, our building manager has been wonderful and made us feel very welcomed and has helped us with any information or troubles and has made sure any issues have been fixed within the next day! Furthermore, the maintenance team have been extremely helpful. We had a plumbing issue when moving in (by no fault of Comfort Estates) and they were able to fix the issue very quickly and were very understanding. I cannot express enough how amazing the team have been with us, compared to other agents and landlords we have met / used. Thank you Comfort!
