Our agent was Joe and he was great, in what proved to be a difficult process, and kept us updated regularly. We'll be using them again if/when the time comes.

7th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Made an enquiry on shared ownership in Northampton, agent took my details, and I got no call back for next 3 days. Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

15th Sep 2020 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service. I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else. Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.
19th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Inspired were on the ball from day one. We had plenty of viewings and I was always kept up to fate with feedback and how the interest was in the property. I am very happy I chose them as my agents as they did what my previous ones didn't and got my property sold within 2-3 months.
8th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The process of selling my house was seamless from start to finish. Will and Tom met me for a face to face meeting on Day 1 outlining the plan and followed it to a T. This included obtatining the best property price with regular updates from Will all in reasonable time. After the offer was accepted I was please to receive further updates from Sandy who kept me informed on all matters. I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period. There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand. Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing. Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word. Thank you Teresa and Richard, we couldn't have done it without you.

We were then treated to the full Russell Killner Estate Agents treatment, apart from the necessary checks they did everything for us. 29th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)The staff of O'Riordan Bond from the Duston branch have gone beyond all my expectations and could not be more helpful with the purchase of my new home. From the viewing of the property to all the legal paperwork they bent over backwards to make sure the purchase went as smoothly as it could. I would also like to thank Caroline - Mortgage Advisor who provided with an excellent and swift response with the mortgage in order for me to move as soon as was possible. For Maxine who also without any issue provide me with valuable advice in helping me sell my own property as well the purchase of another. Customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this branch for all the service provided.
