Given the current market, and the fact we had a tenant in the house, it was a remarkable effort getting a great price, with a smooth process. Particular thanks to Gabriella who did a fantastic job getting the deal over the line when there was a few tricky points to smooth over. 5 stars well deserved!

Sara was incredible at finding our dream place off market (despite being months with other agencies!) and was just so lovely to deal with. Jeremy and Sara always went the extra mile for us, and we felt constantly relaxed throughout a usually quite stressful process thanks to them. Would highly recommend!!

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Louisa was phenomenal in navigating us and the buyer - and everyone else in the chain on our sale & purchase as the plot thickened - through all the various unexpected challenges. Tough but tactful, Louisa kept everyone calm & onside and we got over the line avoiding any price chips.
