They have always been proactive getting feedback after viewings and also helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of the sales. If we were to sell again we would have no hesitation using Squarerooms again. Highly recommend!

Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made sure everything went smoothly from viewing to signing the contract. I really appreciate their honesty and dedication — it made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend Martin&Co and especially Abbie for anyone looking to rent!

They have been outstanding during the entire process, from the initial honest conversation about valuation through to completion of sale. They have kept me informed every step of the way and I have never had to chase them up for anything. This is a very professional company with courteous and knowledgeable staff who are very good at guiding people through a potentially stressful process.

Since we were in India, we were initially worried about managing everything from abroad, but the entire process was handled so smoothly and efficiently. A huge thank you to Emily, who coordinated everything perfectly from start to finish. She was professional, kind, and always quick to respond, ensuring that all paperwork and communication were completed without any hassle. We were amazed that everything was finalised within just a month! We absolutely love our new place, especially its beautiful location at Winckley Square, Preston- peaceful, charming, and convenient. Truly grateful to Emily and the team at Entwistle Green for making this such a seamless and positive experience. Highly recommended! ????

21st Oct 2025 (27 days ago)We have had a few viewings with Lancastrian estates. Although we have not bought a property through the company as yet, our interactions with the Lancastrian Estates team have been a totally different experience from dealing with other estate agents in years gone by. The collaborative use of the street app to facilitate and manage bookings is a revelation and takes the hassle out of endless phone calls trying to arrange viewings, only to be told by some agents you can view the property two weeks on Monday at 4.59 pm for 10 minutes... not the case with Lancastrian Estates, the street app allows you to offer feedback that Kevin and his team genuinely welcome, they offer prospective viewers of properties an objective view and want to make sure that you are buying a property that is right for you and not just looking for a quick sale. We would recommend using Lancastrian estates without hesitation; this technology-based approach to property is the way forward.

Everyone & everything was very professional. Their advertising techniques were unique to them to get themselves & their property noticed. I would certainly recommend them

From the very start, the team at Susan Eve made us feel comfortable and confident in using them to market our property - we then accepted an offer within a few days of going on the market and everything was handled excellently from there onwards. In particular, the team went above and beyond - chasing delays in our onward chain and passing updates on without us having to request this. I can’t praise Susan Eve enough and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to sell your house!

It was listed as freehold with no mention of leasehold throughout, I was also booked for an evening slot, then called on short notice to change to a morning slot. I did this as I was keen and they seemed friendly, but I turned up to a viewing with another family which was awkward, and then told the property was a shortish lease in comparison to a freehold, had water damage throughout and no info of service charges, land rent or car parking information. I wouldn't waste your time if you're serious about buying and don't want messed around.

13th Nov 2025 (4 days ago)I’m big on passive income and always on the lookout for good assets, and Let Property honestly surprised me. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.

7th Nov 2025 (10 days ago)I wouldnt even rate 1 star. I viewed a property, got in touch with the office and completed the application process whilst still at the property. I was then dealing with tamira and was told I would be passed over to the property manager to proceed in renting. After a few days i hadn't heard anything back so I contacted the estate agents again. I was then told that the property manager is now away for a week. After 2 weeks of me waiting for a response, despite ringing and enquiring multiple times what was happening with the property, they eventually informed me that they had actually proceeded with someone else instead. I also had another viewing booked for another property, due to the lack of updates with the 1st and the urgency of needing to move. My appointment was pre booked with adelaide for the afternoon as I was travelling 3.5 hours via public transport to the viewing. No one arrived to the appointment and upon ringing the office to enquire where they were, they had informed me that no booking had been made & there must of been a mix up and there wasn't anything they could do. Wasting my time, effort and money. This compnay has a Sincere lack of professionalism and communication.
