1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)Karan was very disrespectful and unprofessional bringing up her leak in the ceiling. I did not get my desired idealistic property. Due to her being a Karan. Black hearted like the rest of them… Avoid using this letting agency at all measures. I’m certain if I had gone with any other letting agency they would have got me in the property. I felt belittled and threatened by her attitude towards me & I’m convinced that she didn’t try her best to explain my savings to the landlord or my start date for my job. I am now left homeless. When I start work in 2 weeks time. With no place to keep my bike. Stop removing my review. As I have been nothing but factual and honest about my experience.

I would particularly like to express high praise to Anna in charge of sales progression who was exceptionally calm collected and a great liasor between buyer and solicitors. 10th Oct 2024 (13 days ago)I dealt with Cathy from the beginning, she arranged and met me for the initial viewing and was nothing but helpful from day 1. From day 1 to day 11 (moving in day) I've had nothing but a quality professional experience from Cathy and the team. Cathy even helped me decide where to put my Christmas tree! (see picture of Cathy *being* my Christmas tree) Highly recommended, fantastic service.
29th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Worst experience ever, agent named Amy is not happy to do her work properly don't know why she is taking salary we have been waiting at the property to view for 30min and they forgot the keys and they said someone will come and show us property but no one came worst experience as a customer to them.
2nd Oct 2024 (21 days ago)Very good service received from the Moving Works team although we didn’t manage to get a sale within the 16 week contract. The staff at MW have been so friendly and have worked well with us and for us to help secure a sale. We reluctantly have taken our property off the market for personal reasons but do believe that the MW team were doing all possible to secure a sale. Fully recommended for all the right reasons.

Paul was a delight at the valuation and created a beautiful portfolio of photographs to showcase it at its best. All of the staff were helpful and responsive to any queries we had and very accommodating to our potential buyers. The whole process was smooth and managed with care and attention. I wouldn't hesitate to use Chris Tinsley's again in future.

16th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)After a non fault claim I was approached by this company, apparently on behalf of the fault party insurers. Bare in mind i was hospitalised with multiple fractures and on morphine. They were insistent that I should make a claim immediatly, and that it should be via them. When I asked some questions and tried to establish exactly what aspect they were representing, personnal injury, medial rehabiliation etc, they became very short and basically said "lets not waste each other times, I have to start a claim now, if you do not want to i will respond to another call" talk about pushy, I mean you called me and I was just seeking clarity for my morphine addled brain before commiting to representation for major legal proceedings - would stay clear.

The paperwork and documentation were handled swiftly, making everything hassle-free. A special mention must go to MARK, who coordinated the entire process. He is an absolute gem—professional, yet personable, effortlessly balancing a work relationship with the warmth of a friend. Mark was always available to answer any queries, no matter how small, and his helpfulness was second to none. He not only assisted me but also went above and beyond to help a colleague of mine secure a lovely flat in town at a great price.
