10th Mar 2025 (17 days ago)Davis Tate Pangbourne office have recently been helping me in my search for a new house - this was a search which I was beginning to think would never end - searching for the house equivalent of a unicorn. Whilst I ended up finding my house with another agent (sorry), I wanted to mention that Davis Tate, specifically Jack Dyson at their Pangbourne office was exceptional! He really did seem to care and seemed to make it his personal mission to find me my unicorn! Jack is an absolute asset to your organisation and to anyone looking for an agent to work with in the Pangbourne area, I highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team there. He really showcased our house and we had a buyer within the first two viewings. They supported us with the purchase of our new home and communicated with our buyers and the estate agents in the chain ensuring we had a smooth move. The team is very professional, true to work, transparent and organized. I never faced any challenges during a 30 month stay and would recommend Walmsley to anyone looking for a property in and around Reading. Some names to quote - Beth, Janet...keep doing the great work!!
6th Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)We did it! Thanks to the team at Parkers, Tilehurst for achieving a successful sale in challenging market conditions. We tried two other local agents beforehand which did not lead to any success (during Truss budget era and oversupply of property periods). The team at Parkers, worked closely with me as a team to progress from marketing, arranging viewings, agreeing price change strategy and completion within 4 months as 2nd time buyers in a small chain. We were able to achieve of aim of using to a 3 bed with spacious driveway and garden ????. Alhamdulillah ????

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

They guided me every step of the way, making a potentially complex process straight forward and easier to navigate. Their clear communication and willingness to support whenever needed really set them apart. I highly recommend Farmer & Dyer and will use their services again in the future if needed.
10th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)I had a viewing scheduled at 3:30, but the agent was over 11 minutes late without any prior communication. When contacted, the agent attempted to deceive me about their arrival time. I understand that delays can occur however it's unacceptable to be dishonest about it. This lack of professionalism and honesty reflects poorly on the agency's service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them.

They are clearly knowledgable, very supportive and provided just the right level of guidance throughout the whole process - exactly what we were after and we would thoroughly recommend them.
6th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)This agent really helped me to find my first rental after over a month of looking. I was in contact mainly with Kyra Smith, who was very nice and very helpful. Her communication and she was very helpful with any enquiries I had. When I moved in, I got a box of goodies as a Welcome Pack, which was very sweet. Any issues I have at the flat, they're very quick to answer and sort the issue. They're a great agent and very easy to work with. I had to deduct two stars simply because of how bad the handyman they decided to work with is. You're much better off hiring your own handyman as MSBuilders half asks jobs and never fully fixes it just seals it for a couple of months. I've had ongoing issues with the shower since I moved in, and every single time, the handyman temporarily seals it for 2 months just for it to happen again. I couldn't live in my house that I paid rent for, FOR 2 WEEKS due to the incompetence of this handyman. And when he did eventually come after 2 weeks he didn't fit any of the issues and instead spent the entire time moaning about the state of my house and how I apparently 'don't clean it'. This incident occurred on Monday, 23rd September 2024, at around 11 am. This seems like a marketing con to keep my deposit, so I've kept evidence just in case. This handyman is just losing the agent more and more money. It really sucks because the agency itself is so good.
