23rd Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

2nd Feb 2025 (8 weeks ago)They are an absolute shitshow when it comes to resolving problems in your rented apartment. They will ask you to create an issue on a portal called FixFlo. And then they will sit on that problem for an indefinite amount of time, pushing paper here and there, telling you they are waiting for approval from landlords for months on end. And then at the end of it, they expect you to get tired of waiting, or wait for the tenancy to end so that its someone else's problem. The house maybe nice, but if youve got a broken stove, well get ready to eat out and wait until the tenancy period to end before they "fix" the issue.

Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service—zero stars!”

8th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Today, I went for a viewing to rent a house with Advanced Gladiators property services. After the viewing, I expressed my interest in the property and was ready to make the payment immediately.???????? However, the staff informed me that she had around a hundred more customers scheduled for viewings and that she would submit all the details to the landlord for a decision.???????? I realised that she did not seem interested in offering me the property, and I don't understand why she needs to engage with other customers after I had already committed. I am really disappointed because I took half a day off for this viewing.???????? Thank you. --- Let me know if you need any more help!
14th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)On the buy side of a property purchase that Fine and Country were selling. Great service, very friendly and respectful agents. Viewing was very smooth. Stephanie has been really proactive and responsive throughout the negotiation process. Everything you'd need from an estate agent. Update: Equally good at the next stage of the process. We had a difficult chain and Andrew was the most proactive of all the estate agents in the chain, very much my primary contact and really devoted to keeping things progressing and us updated. Another excellent service.- 9th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Not the easiest of sales! But these guys were fantastic, kept me up to date, gave advice in Plain English and most of all they were lovely!

From the very beginning, James went above and beyond as my real estate agent—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. He made the entire process of renting out the property seamless and stress-free. James was so impressive that I ended up getting him a bottle of wine as a small thank you—I hope he enjoyed it because he truly earned it! Jane, the administrator, was equally fantastic. She was attentive, efficient, and handled all the booking and paperwork details with such care and precision—it made a world of difference. A special mention also goes to the photographer (whose name I can’t recall, but wish I could!)—he was brilliant. Professional, creative, and clearly experienced—he really captured the property beautifully and helped present it in the best possible light. Since the property has been rented, Paul has taken over communication and has been just as professional and responsive, keeping everything running smoothly and giving me great peace of mind. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team. If you're looking for a real estate agency that combines expertise with genuine care, Durden and Hunt should be your first call.

A very personal service with so much advise on the market and figures and options and how to place a secure offer the other end and grounding my decisions. Me and my husband are so impressed. Our family have used Durden and Hunt before so we knew to only approach Durden and Hunt. The branch is very friendly and helpful for walk ins and quick to book appointments and home visits and they don’t push for sales they give you what you need and let you realise they are the lead agent to use!! Very pleased.

We’d had our house up for sale for a while with another agency and struggled to sell, so needed a fresh approach and Daniel Frank delivered. They took great photos of the house to show it in its best light and Cameron, Frankie and Jaqueline were communicative, patient and helpful throughout. We found them a joy to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
27th Mar 2025 (1 day ago)I have been in my property for 26 years and was nervous and apprehensive to start. I had 3 estate agents round first and Stuart was the forth. I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
