The staffs were helpful, professional and enthusiastic. I really appreciate the services and support from the team. 20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.

From our initial engagement to securing tenants for the property, Gabriel maintained consistent communication via email and WhatsApp. I interviewed a few agents before choosing Gabriel and Kings Group. What made me pick King's group was Gabriel's friendly and honest approach. Ultimately my trust in him and King Group paid off as he didn't disappoint me; he was professional and dedicated throughout the process, delivering on his promises. 5th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend William Rose, with a special shout out to Gok. We first used William Rose to rent a home and then subsequently purchased our first home through them! Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. Highly recommended independent estate agent. Thank you for everything!

He was always at the end of the phone, responded to all emails/phone calls and kept us updated throughout the transaction. Billy is a straight up guy and that’s exactly what you want working on a challenging sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to be on our case! Thanks so much for your consistent hard work through this!!! 5 stars and 10/10 for Billy!!!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
