She was incredibly fast, efficient, and on top of every detail, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and clear communication made all the difference, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about doing a great job for her clients. Our move took an extremely long time to progress due to the solicitors, but Mel was always happy to help push things along and chase down answers. Mel kept us informed and did everything possible to get everything sorted. She was always a pleasure to speak to and was instrumental in finally getting everything over the line. Thanks Mel!

17th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.- 21st Apr 2026 (9 days ago)EDIT: I have since moved out of the property - just wanted to give particular praise to Sienna, who handled nearly all of the associated admin. Always impressively quick to reply, organised, knowledgeable and friendly! Very grateful - as anybody knows moving is a stressful time, so her professionalism and skill was very much appreciated. Blundells acted as the letting agents for the property I am now living in - and every step of the way they were fantastic! Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property. Claudia handled getting the tenancy up and running incredibly smoothly - everything was done so fast and with great communication throughout. And finally Helen was so kind as she took me through the tenancy documents and handed over the keys, and described the local area pointing out nice places to go even though I hadn't asked! 100% recommend these guys for renting, and thank you to all the team again!

None of it Blundells fault so they well and truly earned their fee. Thanks again, you put up with so much in those months. Would definitely choose again... BUT... won't be moving again EVER!! ????????????

4th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

21st May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
