If the sale goes as smoothly as the viewings have it will be delightful . Best Estate I have ever used and I’ve moved several times in past few years !! Definitely will recommend them 100%

17th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.- 28th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)We have just recently sold our house with Blundells! We personally dealt with Dawn Leaman & Scott Jenkins, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional throughout and made a thorough review of our property when we first booked our appointment with them. Their knowledge and information has been helpful throughout and remained professional everytime we spoke with them. We sold our house in just 7 days and opted for their solicitors package as it was an offer we couldn't refuse, we had drone shots and the most professional photos done of the property which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
- 12th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Awful, awful experience. Blundells ruined my house sale, lied about the details and refused to engage with my complaint. They cost me 10 weeks, thousands of pounds and don't seem to care. Unprofessional, misleading and accountability resistant.

Ruth was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain current market conditions and provided a realistic and well-supported valuation of the property. Her insight into the local rental market was particularly valuable, and she offered helpful suggestions on how to maximise the property’s appeal and rental potential. Communication was excellent from start to finish—prompt, friendly, and transparent—which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Ruth and the team at Martin& Co Rotherham to anyone seeking reliable and expert property advice.
27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)We’ve had such an exceptional experience with Redbrik from start to finish and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Jen Hitchman was brilliant at the very beginning of our journey, she valued our home with confidence, really believed in it and gave us the reassurance we needed to get started. That initial support meant a lot and set the tone for everything that followed. Louise Jones then went above and beyond throughout the sales process. We were in a long and complex chain with delays, a slow solicitor at the bottom, and some unresponsive agents along the way but Louise was absolutely brilliant & kept things moving. She was proactive, organised, and consistently chasing, coordinating, and pushing things forward when it felt like nothing was happening. What really stood out was her calm, reassuring approach. During some very stressful moments, being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone so friendly, steady, and genuinely invested made all the difference. I truly don’t think our exchange would have happened without her. We dealt with a number of estate agents during this process, and Redbrik stood out as exceptional by a long way. We’re so grateful to Jen, Louise & the whole Redbrik team- thank you for everything.

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

21st May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.
