20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Tyne at Lanes has been brilliant from the start. Really knowledgeable and helpful on the two viewings I had, really lovely and personable and great to deal with. Very happy with Tyne throughout the process, including post offer acceptance. If I decide down the line to sell a property, I will keep Tyne in mind! The few interactions I had with other members of the team/management were great as well. I've had one or two bad experiences with other estate agents in the past, but would definitely recommend Lanes.

15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)I live next door to a property rented out by this company, and I've had to chase them numerous times regarding a damaged fence caused by a tree on their side, which has affected my property. Initially, I contacted them to get the tree maintained and then to fix the fence on the 14th May. I was asked by the company to source a quote myself, which I did. However, after arranging for a professional to start the repairs, I was told the quote was too expensive. They then promised a like-for-like fence using someone cheaper that they sourced. I feel upset and frustrated as I've had to keep chasing this issue. The damaged fence is an eyesore, and not one person from the company has come out to look at it. I have had no updates and had to chase them again. It seems that unless they're making money, they're not interested in resolving issues. I hope this review prompts the company to understand the importance of maintaining properties and addressing concerns, not just focusing on profit. Their brand should reflect quality service at all levels.

He will promise everything in the beginning to get the listing, once he get the deal then he disappears from the loop. Please use other agency, this whole team is a night mare.

I cannot say enough good things about Mather Estates Agency. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. One person in particular who stood out was Hayley. She was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Her patience and knowledge made the whole experience stress-free.

But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I would recommend Wright’s to anyone looking to rent a flat in the area.- 18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK? This brand and Sharon is SCAM!

4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had to move to Stevenage last minute. Considering I have never been to Stevenage, Agent Hybrid was very helpful with finding me a room. I had to leave the room earlier then expected and they were very helpful with finding a new tenant as quickly as possible. Michelle and Yaesmin in particular were very informative.
19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook! Thank you again for all your hard work, even throughout the stressful time!

Their professionalism, service, attentiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail is more than I ever thought I'd get from them as letting agents. They put in effort with viewings and found a great tenant for my house. I'd advise any landlord going with them. There is a reason why they have the best Google reviews of any lettings agent in Stevenage!

Nick was hugely knowledgeable, respectful and supportive at every stage, and always kept us up-to-date as things progressed. Based on our experience of their professionalism, standard of service and results, we cannot recommend Wellington Evans strongly enough. When Nick first visited our home, we were immediately impressed with the care and attention he gave our property. He was realistic and honest, and explained the current market and how he would approach selling our house. By the end of the visit, we knew we could trust him to deliver a five star experience - and we weren’t wrong. Nick was consistently engaged and on-hand for our questions and to explain the intricacies of the sale process. Through the strategy he put together for marketing our property, the managing of viewings and the offers we received, it was obvious that Nick was focused on delivering for us. We were very pleased to have him represent us.
