David is reassurig and highly knowledgable and professional. He calle his solicitors to provide advice on a related purchase and was very accomodating - higly recommended.

30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
10th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)The whole process so far has been very easy. Everything was explained to us and if we had any queries they were quickly dealt with. Communication has been brilliant too - if we had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I would recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.

20th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Worst estates agent in london. These people are racist they don’t rent for only local. They took my deposit and took 2 38 days to back to me. I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . Their professionalism from start to finish is remarkable and nothing is ever too much for them. Our sale was not the easiest but they believed in getting through every hurdle to completion even when we didn’t. There is never a day they treated us as another source of income or annoyance in the many delays we have had. They offer bespoke service best suited to your needs without even realising it, a lovely gesture and assurance that you are not on your own, which sets them apart from other agents. Their work ethic and conduct exhibits great patience, extensive knowledge and understanding of their trade. We cannot thank you enough Dean and Dierdre and only hope for just the best for you and the company.

I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
