Paul Graham seemed to fit the bill, and as soon as Lisa came to do our valuation, we knew we were dealing with a very knowledgeable and professional team, who soon knew us all by name and gave us great service. Our sales journey was far from smooth, but Lisa Greg and Jacqui kept us informed throughout, and made us feel very supported. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the whole team at the Wallington office, and wish them continued success, they deserve it!

21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)It was a pleasure dealing with Christies throughout our house buying process. Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

Ushers went above and beyond to bring the sale to a successful conclusion - they were always readily available on the phone and their knowledge and experience was invaluable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, helping us find the perfect rental home for our family. 16th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.
22nd Nov 2024 (10 days ago)Lydia, Harvey and Sky at move revolution have been fantastic so far. I interviewed four estate agents and decided to go with MR because they seemed to be more accurate with their valuations based on my research and observations of the local market over a considerable period of time. Importantly, Lydia’s knowledge of the market, direct communication and honesty confirmed my own research and as such put confidence in my decision to engage MR. The team were extremely quick and efficient in arranging photos, and getting our property on the market. Viewing were superbly managed through their app and via direct comms. Importantly the full time team themselves showed prospective buyers around our property as opposed to the “Saturday” team. Having ourselves viewed houses with other agents Saturday teams, it became apparent as to how poorly informed or interested they were in the properties we viewed, often with ourselves knowing more about the area, history of the houses etc Lydia, Harvey and Sky were the complete opposite - interested to in our property, and seemed excited about sharing its details with viewers. We received 6 offers after 12 days, and were very happy with the offer we accepted feeling it was very fair and reflected the value of our house. The post acceptance process has so far also been extremely efficient and very well managed, with the team having good links with solicitors they work with, and knowing who the best case handlers are for progressing our sale (and purchase). We’ve not yet completed, and I leave this review whilst mid process. At the moment I would absolutely recommend Lydia and her team, Harvey and Sky at Move Revolution Nuthill. I’m sure this will be fully reinforced once we have completed.

Viewing, applying, and moving into the property was smooth, and they were incredibly supportive at every step. As a tenant, I’ve always found them responsive to maintenance issues or questions, ensuring everything is handled promptly. I was a first time seller and they made it so easy and accessible. Nick was the one I met first when he put me on the books. Then along came Chris, Max, Jason and of course Nathaniel. They were all such a friendly bunch that I felt comfortable about being able to make contact with them at any time. Nathaniel was committed and professional and made himself so available to answer any queries that cropped up, which were many! So 5 stars guys, you earned it!

9th Nov 2024 (23 days ago)*Brilliant* We chose to move to Monocrome homes after being very disappointed with a larger agent and wanted an independent touch. We are so glad we made the move, the service provided was excellent from start to finish. The photographs, marketing and communication from Ishmail and Zoe were second to none. They provided us with realistic insight to the market and demonstrated they were working for us. We wish we had known about them sooner!

5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
