Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough

27th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Update 27th August 2024 - Back to one star, again a letting sign has been left to rot at the same property for weeks on end. What is wrong with collecting your signs up. It's very stupid making the estate look like a tip as property prices drop and guess what - so does your commission on sales. Original Review: Wrote an online email to Beals Park Gate to come and remove a "To Let" sign left behind a dustbin over the road from where I live in Badgers Copse. That was at least 4 weeks ago and it's still there making the place look a mess. Something like this which is so simple to rectify - i.e. phone the guy that puts up the signs to collect it would be the obvious thing to do. But no - they ignored a system email and made a local never likely to use them ever. No doubt this will make them do something - the sign is on the right hand side of Badgers Copse when you enter from Telford Way - not the last house but the one before. Update: 29th Sept 2023. The sign has been removed after all this time so I've amended the 1 star to 3. Respectfully suggest that you remove signs within sensible time and not leave them laying around - 2 weeks after sale or letting would be sensible!
28th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)A very rough ride from start to finish. We always felt like a 4th priority compared to other listings with Harringtons, used as a ‘door opener’ for potential buyers to then try and sell their other properties sat on the market for longer. Our best interests weren’t ever considered, feedback was sparse at times. We would have a short period of prompt feedback followed by a complete ghosting. Viewings would be scheduled for a set time, then arrive up to 25 minutes early. The marketing for the property felt more like a deterrent than a selling tool. They also tried to convince us to sign on for a 4 month period - I can see why! Thank god we didn’t. Avoid.
26th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)Absolutely excellent team to work with. This was the 3rd house we have sold through them and they have been great with all 3 as well as buying an investment property which was again absolutely spot on. Can not recommend them enough!
17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
3rd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times. They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller. The tracking once I had sold was first class. I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!! Go no where else................You won't be disappointed! Thank you to you all Lyn x

We chose them after friends of ours had worked with them to sell their home and after seeing the excellent quality of the images and marketing videos, we didn't want to work with anyone else. We had an offer and accepted just 6 days after going live on their website and Rightmove which was just incredible. The team really understood our requirements and we were also really grateful for their expertise in the housing market. We are so glad we chose them and we can proudly say that we are now settled in our New Home and it was thanks to the team's superb efforts that we completed a sale and a purchase in just under 3 months!
