All of the team have exceptional and personal customer service - they are trustworthy, efficient and genuinely care about you and the process which makes it stress free experience. I honestly will never use a different agent and highly recommend them.

Louise was outstanding, always in contact with me and giving me updates. What a great team you all are.

31st Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)James was my estate agent at David Daniels, he has been responsive, reliable, transparent and most of all, calm throughout the (typically) stressful process of purchasing a flat! James went over and above to resolve questions and issues between solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. I trusted his advice about when and how much to worry about things. I honestly don't think I would have been able to leave my rental property on the day my lease ended, and go straight to my newly purchased flat the same day, without his hard work behind the scenes. I burst into genuine tears of gratitude when he handed the keys over and he could not have been more lovely. I would recommend this guy to anyone :) Also, when he was on leave, his colleagues at David Daniels were also extremely communicative, reassuring and helpful. Love these guys.

31st Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Real world scammers for tenants as they act to be polite at the start but then throughout your tenancy they don’t help and drag issues for months and months, they don’t take care about tenants as they issued the notice to leave just 20 days before our renewal date and charged an insane amount of 750£ even though the property was kept well and clean. So I would really recommend to avoid them if you don’t want to suffer through out your tenancy.
