1st Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

We mainly spoke with Vanessa, Sue, Hannah and Nick and they were all friendly and supportive and so so helpful with finding a new place quickly when our circumstances changed. We are very happy and will use again if we need to move in the future.

What a good decision! Wayne Shayler took us under his wing and his extensive knowledge of the market and excellent, timely advice was invaluable to us. He was always available to answer our queries and contacted us regularly with updates - I honestly think we couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Thank you so much Wayne! Everyone in the office was unfailingly polite and helpful and we are very happy with the service we received. As a result he has always been available to respond to any queries in a timely manner and has provided us with updates even out of hours. Excellent service from Dan backed up by the whole team at Nest who have supported him and us throughout the process so far.

She guided me from the start of the process to the end and even checked up on me after moving in to make sure I settled in well. She always made sure I was not rushed to make any hasty decision and made sure to explain everything in details. She even went out of her way to ensure I moved in earlier than planned as I had to move earlier than expected.

22nd Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Thanks to Michael Charles at Balgores for being really helpful in our recent search for a house to rent, we had an issue arise that could have caused major problems but Michael sorted it in seconds, it’s refreshing to feel that an estate agent is equally supportive of prospective tenants as they are of landlords.

Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.
12th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week.
