Ellie sending various documents as and when required and Jo who has been a real asset keeping me updated with the ongoing progress, liaising with all involved in the chain once the sale was agreed. Excellent professional and friendly all round, would definitely recommend using their services.

13th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Although we were one of the first to contact them for a property and provided all the requested information, we learned 1 week later that they did not include us on the appointment list. ***This comment was written in response to the agency's response. I wish you would return our calls and emails this quickly. A colleague of yours called us to set up an appointment and got all our information but unfortunately did not. This shows that your candidate selection policy is not transparent.

8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Avoid if possible. Completely unprofessional, no one in their office seems to understand what is happening with their listed properties. I called on the day a property was listed and was informed someone would call me, I then called for the following two days consecutively and was informed the same thing. I then called a few days later and was told offers were taken on the property and viewings had already happened. I’m pretty sure they favour their “own” people. After asking for an explanation I was fed more lies. Not someone I would look to use in the future. 0 work etiquette and professionalism from the staff.

Always available no matter how silly the question or time of day, such a wealth of knowledge and experience, the updates and communication kept me sane throughout the whole process. Would give more than 5 stars if we could.
