Lawlors was honest and transparent throughout and we felt that we had a very personalised experience. We never felt rushed when viewing the house or on the phone with questions. 11th Nov 2025 (5 days ago)Terrible customer service. Ignores emails. Told manager on annual leave. Which then changed to he's on phone and will call you. NEVER DID. Called next day, told her on call and will call back. NEVER DID. Does not want to deal with a issue and has our money that is owed to us. Absolutely poor customer service. Stay clear of here

4th Nov 2025 (12 days ago)When I first spoke to Sophie after recommendation, I was extremely stressed as we had just had a previous sale fall through with another agent. Sophie reassured me that she would sell our mums property. She kept her word and always kept me informed. She explained that Adam would take me through the sales process and he did. The process was longer than we first expected but that was no fault of Lux. I would certainly use the services of Lux in the future. Thank you Monique and family

Ian was very quick to get the house on the market and the property was sold quicker than we expected. The communication was really good and we were kept updated all the time. Id recommend Tinsley & Co.

6th Nov 2025 (10 days ago)UPDATE Les, The properties we wanted to view are still showing after some 3 weeks as unsold. Your staff who answers the phone keeps fobbing us off each time we call up to view a property with promises to get back to us which has never happened. This has been a deliberate policy. She ask us what is our budget and if we give a figure in line with the guide price she doesn't follow-up with the viewing request. It's like asking us how much we intend to offer on the property, which isn't something we want to disclose even before viewing the property. We don't get this behaviour Leonard & Hill and other estate agents who are very professional. .......................................... My wife and I tried to arrange a few viewings with this estate agents on several occasions but each time they tell us they will speak to the property owners and get back to us but they never do. This is despite the fact that the properties we want to view are within our budget. Very disappointing.

4th Nov 2025 (12 days ago)Having dealt with Daniel several times over the years, I can reliably recommend both him and the service he provides. He is a personal agent unlike most of the other companies in the local area, meaning you get a much more personal touch, no passing of files across once sales are agreed or legals are happening, he is always available and is a consistent presence throughout the process, getting in front of any problems that arise and making sure our interests are looked after above all else. He was great at keeping the chain posted (when several others definitely were not!!!) and staying on top of the solicitors too. What could have been a very lengthy, drawn out and horrific experience, was managed and handled by Daniel to be the complete opposite. Couldn't recommend him highly enough
17th Jun 2025 (22 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Jake enough for everything he’s done throughout the whole process of selling our home. From start to finish, he has been absolutely brilliant. When things were moving slowly, Jake was always on it – chasing things up, keeping us informed, and doing everything he could to push things along. He was always available when I needed to vent, and never made me feel like a burden – just genuinely supportive, patient, and understanding. His professionalism, communication, and overall care made a very stressful process so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Jake and Gibson & Brennan highly enough. A fantastic service from a fantastic team!
13th Nov 2025 (3 days ago)We have been trying to move for 14 months and have encountered various problems. None of these were of our making nor that of Durden and Hunt. Friends recommended that we change estate agents during this time but we were very satisfied with the service we continued to receive. Throughout we have been happy with our ongoing relationship with every member of staff, whether in buyers' visits, concerns about how to progress or getting us to final completion. Ross, the manager, was great and took a personal interest in our situation. Amanda, the Sales Progressor, was fabulous and kept us informed all the way. Grace, Ciara and Daniel were so professional in all their communications and their visits with potential buyers. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Durden and Hunt's Hornchurch branch. Thank you all.
