Nothing was too much trouble and he regularly checked in on me to ensure the move went well and I had no further problems. It was nice to deal with somebody who showed concern and understanding and was willing to do whatever they could to help. Thank you Benjamin

From the off we were reassured by the viewing, at a time when so many estate agents we met presented such a saccharin and artificial exterior, to meet Sarah was a delight. I actually thanked her for being "normal". But it has been Josh who has really shone throughout our journey of buying. He has provided continuous reassurance, support, advice and most importantly he has been thoroughly communicative. He was patient when our solicitor was frustratingly absent and helped us with any questions we had for the sellers, ferrying our requests back and forth.
