The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
1st Jun 2025 (6 weeks ago)I found an amazing flat to rent last minute with century21 while I was abroad, and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Valentins. He made everything so easy and smooth from a distance. He sent me videos, answered all of my questions, and gave me total confidence in moving forward without seeing the place in person. What really impressed me was how helpful he has been even after I moved in. Anything I need, no matter how small, he’s quick to respond, and this even on weekends or bank holidays. Genuinely one of the best experiences I had with a real estate agent in London!
24th Jun 2025 (21 days ago)I have had sales dealings with Jackson Stops Pimlico since 2019 and would highly recommend Harry and his team. There have been some tricky times (on my side) and the patience, care and good humour shown by Harry over the years has been remarkable. Most recently, I have sold my flat through JS (I would never go anywhere else), and this time Hamish Gibson took the lead along with Johnny and Ellie. There were so many viewings in the space of little over a month, all very efficiently communicated and coordinated by the team. When the offers came, Hamish and Harry's grounded advice and guidance helped me through and ultimately led to a very good sale. I cannot thank them all enough. For professionalism and expertise with enthusiasm and a smile you cannot do better!

1st Jul 2025 (14 days ago)Very professional and respectful to their tenants. Michael helped me find the property — he is extremely gentle, careful, and helpful. He makes me feel like an important client, like a billionaire, but actually I’m just a student ????. The other colleagues I’ve been in touch with are nice as well. They do sometimes respond a bit slowly, but I think they’re just busy, not ignoring you. Things will eventually fall into place.

We were on a very tight schedule while looking for an apartment in central London. From the very beginning, Siobhan demonstrated an exceptional ability to listen to our needs and preferences. She was dedicated to finding a property that would meet all our requirements and excelled in communication between us and the landlord. Siobhan’s hands-on approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was always punctual for meetings and viewings and proactively communicated with us, guiding us through the process. Her friendly demeanour and genuine care for her clients made us feel valued and understood. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, Siobhan is the one to call!

They manage the property we rent with breath-taking incompetence and a callous indifference to their tenants and their landlords. Avoid.- 3rd Jul 2025 (12 days ago)Sadly very unpleasant dealing with this agency and different staff in this office. Unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful. Been in London for 23 years and this is one of the WORSE. Very very aggressive and quick to make you pay the money and sign the contract and very very Slow to provide any any kind of help or service. I have to stuck with this for 2 years because of my contract and my landlord is really respectful and good. Tried to talk with the manager complete ignorance, no response to emails... But if they want anything from you can call you 6 - 7 times a day with out even considering privacy. NOT RECOMMENDED find another place in the area.

He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing our space. From the very first viewing to the day we collected the keys, he was always available to answer every question we had in great detail. Communication was clear and prompt, and he made sure we felt informed and confident at every step. He definitely made the renting experience a very pleasant one, which is something we really appreciated as first-time renters. I would personally recommend Allen Goldstein to anyone looking to rent. The whole team I dealt with were helpful, professional, and genuinely encouraging. Thank you for making our move such a smooth and positive experience.
