11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

I brought my house from them many years ago and when it came time to move, Doug immediately understood the brief and suggested ways to help. Communication was excellent and Doug went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. I felt completely in the loop on all aspects of the selling and exchange / completing. He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!
