Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoyed my stay with interlet and would definitely avail their facilities in the future.

It is obvious that the estate agents are motivated solely by the commission they earn and that they do not care about tenant experience. Expect an uphill battle with your landlord as this company will consistently disappoint you as they attempt to appease their primary source of income (landlords). The estate agent rushed us through mediocre properties when we were trying to find a flat, the property manager was combative at best when we tried resolving maintenance issues, our flat was not professionally cleaned upon move in (there were still dirty dishes still in the dishwasher) yet they required us to pay for a professional cleaning upon move out , and it was always evident when dealing with this agency that there is zero communication within a small office on rental issues.

Globalhouse have been great and a significant improvement on our previous agent. They are very responsive, have given good market advice and the administration and processes are very slick and timely. We couldn’t not be more pleased. Nick
