Luke and his letting team were a pleasure to deal with. As a landlord I really appreciated their professional approach and the way I was constantly kept updated during the process. I will certainly be using their services again in the future
We sold our flat in Brixton through KFH and they were very professional and kept all parties informed through the entire process. They responded to our queries and questions and always made time for us. They made the sale of our flat as stress free as we could imagine.
I found buying my property through KFH to be as stress free, as buying property can be. Rita was highly professional and always had a solution to any problems during the process. They were also proactive and efficient in communicating with me during my search, finding me a perfect property and helping secure it at a fair price.
First impressions were quite good, but as I proceeded with 2 certain members of the team, Rita and Daniel to my disbelief.
Dismissive, rude and don't listen you your needs.
I asked umpteenth times for them to not wear shoes in my home, they still ignored me.
The only strategy they had was to lower the price till I had nothing left to sell, given I set out my reasonable objectives at the start.
They valued it way over expectation, which led to just a footfall of people who weren't interested.
Maybe had of I not encountered the first two negotiators, I might not be sitting here today,
I could see that their bad attitude was reflected around my home.
Rita's marketing was negative and not in line with the property I gave them to sell.
Very helpful staff. Andy Resolved all our issued and answered all the questions that my partner and I had. I really appreciate the attentive and professional service I received from him. Brilliant work from the Brixton office.
I am new to the UK, I am looking to purchase a property and one of their agents inflated the price of a flat to match my budget, literally adding 15k£ to the flat price, hoping I'd make an offer higher than what was expected. Lucky me I went online to check details before I made that offer.
Unfortunately, sadly, not trustworthy to me anymore.
Well, lets face it, if they have the flat you want you're going to sign up with them regardless of what someone on the internet says. But just beware that they will try to screw money out of your deposit with made up problems (go through your check in report with a fine tooth comb, ours was full of omissions), they will be an absolute pain to deal with over the smallest of things, they will treat you with absolute contempt. Make sure you ask them in advance about any maintenance issues that are outstanding because they won't tell you in advance and then they'll pretend they never knew about it. I've been with a fair few letting agents in London but these were by far the worst. Very glad to be rid of them.
Excellent! We saw few houses with them and they helped us a lot, finding the perfect one. Dannielle and Sam were both great. Thanks
Prospective tenants beware. Booked a viewing for a property, when I arrived the estate agent had not shown up. After finally getting through, I was not met with an apology but a rude dismissive attitude. This happened again on another day! If you're going to cancel a viewing, call, text or email!
Very happy. They got us through a fairly difficult sale in one peace. Kept the nervous few in our chain calm and we got there in the end.
As a future customer of their letting's division, so far impressions have been very low. Very little communication, non-proactive, having to constantly chase.. doesn't give me hope of how things will pan out
