The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

The purchase hasn't completed yet, but the agents have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and reliable throughout the process. I believe they've been transparent, providing clear information and updates, which I really appreciate. They could be a bit friendlier at times, but generally they've been great. They have made a clear effort not to let anything slip and have been accommodating to my needs. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and hope they continue to uphold this level of commitment, keeping to their promises and timelines as we move forward.

20th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I've had such terrible experiences with estate agents and lettings agents in the past, doing absolutely nothing for their fee, that was until I was recommended Stirling Ackroyd by a friend. I'd previously had my property on the market for two years with Leaders and just had lots of time waster viewings. I had none of this with Stirling Ackroyd who from start to finish were fantastic. Ashley-Jane was excellent along with help from Sophie and Lee, they were all super responsive (including multiple occasions when poor Ashley-Jane was speaking to me on her days off!) and bent over backwards with chasing unresponsive solicitors! Cannot recommend highly enough, if you want a customer focused, genuine estate agent who doesn't waste your time then look no further! Thanks so much

27th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length. The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

28th Aug 2024 (12 days ago)My friend and I rented with Keatings for 3 years (2017 to 2020). We had a leaky roof for years, which resulted in signficant mould growth on our ceiling. Despite continual reminders, nothing was done about the mould until the council got involved. It was only after Keatings were threatened with legal action and damages under the Housing Act that anything meaningfully happened, which is pathetic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Communication was exceptional; they were quick to respond to all our questions and consistently supportive of our needs for our recent house purchase. It’s a small and friendly team, and their experience, expertise and personalised service made all the difference. Thanks especially to James and Aaron, Jemina, and Nina, in particular, who was brilliant—very knowledgeable and able to make things happen quickly. House buying is a stressful time, but they definitely helped take some of the strain. Love our new home.

Was shown a place in Wimbledon by a young enthusiastic and a bit green Estate agent from the Balham branch. He didn’t call the tenant beforehand and unlocked the door whilst the tenant was still in the property. Fortunately, the tenant wasn’t upset or in a private situation and let us view. During the offer process there was a clear bidding war type scenario created by Victoria ‘Tor’ Lea. She was condescending, rude and probably made a fictional counter offer to play us off. She on multiple occasions told us to increase our offer which despite not doing she phoned back 4 times as it still got accepted. The second interaction which encouraged me to make this post was with ‘Angelina’ at the Wimbledon branch. She told me I would end up homeless or in temporary accommodation if I didn’t compromise whilst raising her voice on the phone. Generally advise from a place of sincerity, experience with estate agents and renting for over a decade to avoid Foxtons if you don’t want the headache of scaremongering or worse being spoken to like a child. To Foxtons, please could you address these behaviours with adequate customer service training and refining interpersonal communication skills amongst your workforce.
