17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

The staff are very professional to us I can only imagine how helpful they are for landlords. If we were property owners we would definitely go with home and castle. They are based in polegate and from day one when we enquired about the property right up to todays inspection of the flat, we have had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Only good things to say! ???? it has been the easiest estate agents to deal with. They go above and beyond to help us tenants. They respond very quickly to enquiries and emails, despite being busy at times. Beccy is wonderful. Emily is wonderful and Tracy is wonderful. We hope that if we do rent elsewhere in the future (Probably not because we love our home) but we would be happy to deal with Home & Castle again as tenants. They are responsive. Professional. Organised, reliable, punctual, good communicators, most of all they are warm, friendly and smiley. Sociable professionals who definitely have all customers best interests at heart. Thank you for all you do for us. S

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

I would highly recommend them for your own move. Prompt, polite and always available for information and advice at every stage from viewing to the exchange of contracts. Hence a 5 star review for a five star service at the Hastings branch :)
5th Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have just let out a flat with Oakfields. I was a tenant previously in one of their properties for 2.5 years, so I already knew they were a great and trusted team. My experience this week has been above and beyond though. I sadly am moving due to a break up and Jenny and Kim have been wonderful in their communication with me. Jenny accommodated me with an earlier viewing to fit around my work schedule. The viewing was with Kim, who was friendly, professional and has been incredibly communicative and on hand through the subsequent referencing process. I recommend Oakfield without hesitation, and Jenny and Kim in particular. They made me feel at ease in the midst of a stressful process and difficult time.

Property priced competitively , which basically means a bargain , but they did a market analysis , we could have hung on for an extra 10/20 k but it was fundamentally our choice . Good communication throughout

Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Because of him we got the flat of our dreams, very grateful and would highly recommend this agency.
