1st Jun 2025 (15 days ago)I found an amazing flat to rent last minute with century21 while I was abroad, and honestly, I couldn’t have done it without Valentins. He made everything so easy and smooth from a distance. He sent me videos, answered all of my questions, and gave me total confidence in moving forward without seeing the place in person. What really impressed me was how helpful he has been even after I moved in. Anything I need, no matter how small, he’s quick to respond, and this even on weekends or bank holidays. Genuinely one of the best experiences I had with a real estate agent in London!

I have known Julia , Chrissie and the team at York Estates for some 25 years and have bought and sold my Marylebone property through them . It’s good to work with proactive agents totally plugged up not the local market place . They offer sound commercial advice , take pride in their work and are the only agents I would use .
27th May 2025 (20 days ago)The worst property management Company I have ever had to deal with; I have been waiting for over two years for external and internal shared areas to be repaired, they do not respond to emails, they have no interest at all, they don't care its your home - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - 8th March 2023 - Well here I am a year on and still waiting, there is always a problem and sadly, never a constructive solution; as a Management Company they just don't care, my advice is DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! 26th May 2023 - RIB did post a reply, sadly the usual excuses, they blame someone; its always something/body else; a business should come back with " yes, we do have a problem, we need to look at lessons leant from previous complaints" but NO - not there fault and funny enough, its not their problem!! - RIB do not engage, they do not respond to emails!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, how a business can be run like this amazes me; I think too much time is spent at the local Porsche garage choosing their next car; the Property Management Company, has failed me for years and years - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Well here I am again!!!! Sadly, I want things to work, RIB do not communicate, the arrogance amazes me, and they don't give a S********t, the Staff leave, the Directors leave and we start all over again with new staff and end up in the same place, and strangely NOTHING HAPPENS, so my advice to all - have I mentioned this before AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Thankfully there is Google and I am sure many other options, I think; I just may be helping you with sleepless nights !!! 25th May 2024 - Well here I am again, the work on the block is coming to an end, communication, truth and honesty, worry me - it is all about money - PAY ME, or WE WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT and.....yes, the work is not completed!!!!! communication from the office is non-existence and they don't really care, the Client is the one they support, the TENNANT, you got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does not matter. So be a Client and love it; be a TENNANT and your life will impossible - the managing service is appalling, here I am 4 years later!!!! - please AVOID - AVOID - AVOID, but will leave it up to you. OOOOOPPPPPPSSSS, forgot, the staff change A LOT!!! and it all has to START AGAIN!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property. Would highly recommend if you're looking for someone who is efficient, passionate and knows their industry for your property needs.

He replied to all my questions quickly and precisely. Also when I had some problems with my bank account, he provided some suggestions to help me solve the problem.

From the very beginning, he was proactive ,and responsive. His attention to detail and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance with the letting agreement, Joel provided prompt and professional support. It’s rare to find an agent who is both highly competent and genuinely personable, and we couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a rental property. ????????????????????

12th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. I was always kept informed of the viewings, updates were regular and the whole process was smooth.
