She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

It was a protracted process due to unexpected hurdles along the way, but Issam was always on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

26th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)When my parents wanted to put their house up for sale we contacted a few estate agents to come and value the house. Pav Lall (Director for Shaw & Co Heston) was by far the most professional and prepared person out of everyone who came, providing numerous comparables and evidence to back up the valuation he was proposing. He took time to understand what my parents were looking for and his warm and friendly nature just shone through in every aspect. Pav was proactive at every step. He's probably dealt with people like me who ask a million questions over a thousand times, but nothing was too much trouble for him. He's a genuinely good estate agent, but more than that he's a genuinely good person. And speaking of genuinely good people, Sheetal Suri was also as equally exceptional. She supported us every step of the way, took charge of the whole process of viewings as well as (again) my many questions I had once we had an offer accepted. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle for her either and getting her on the phone provided instant reassurance in a process which can be extremely stressful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys at all, you can't put a price on top quality agents, they are the best of the best! Thank you guys!

Everyone we met from the top down was friendly and professional so we were able to step back and leave things in their hands with confidence. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.
18th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Great estate agents , Always sorted any little problems out as soon as possible can’t fault them for the way they conduct themselves and run the business . But only negatives and why it’s not 5 starts Is because they deducted £100 from me for the £200 deep clean, which I spent hours on end and spent about £30 on cleaning equipment getting the place nearly spotless so not sure why they paid £200 for a deep clean when there was only about 30 mins worth of cleaning to be done there was abit of dust on top of a door and extractor fan needed cleaning, I’m sure they could have got someone just to go clean them things instead of paying for deep clean . But it is what it is ,most estate agents do that these days probably so they can show the new tenants it got deep cleaned by professionals ,just seems abit harsh on tenants who leave it in good nick because what’s the point spending all the hours I did leaving it clean if going to get billed for deep clean anyway ? . I agreed to the deduction as overall they’ve been good agents so I don’t want to dispute over £100 and then have to wait ages for deposit .<br>My flat was down an alley way and the restaurants and bin men would leave it a right mess , when I asked John at the start if someone could clean it he said it’s not their problem that bit as don’t own the pathway . I get it’s not there problem as they don’t own the alley way but you’d think if you had flats there you would pay someone to go every 2 weeeks or so to tidy up . So I had to tidy it up a few times myself which I didn’t want to do but had no choice .<br>The flat was excellent and the cheapest on the market for that size imo but the alley way definitely ruined it because it was embarrassing sometimes to get friends around walking through loads of rubbish to get to flat

Mariam has been so incredible my parents sadly had water leak at residential property I need to find them alternative accommodation Mariam has stayed in touch until she found them the perfect place to rent. She kept me up to date from start to finish making this such a smooth process for my parents at such a difficult time and she is so polite and professional absolute asset to the company and I work for Lloyds banking group so recognition is so important when you have been given attention and service like this I would recommend Mariam and Charles Henry Peppiatt for helping find the ideal place but without Mariam being so efficient this would have not been so easy. I will definitely give her details to anyone I know looking for property.

After 6 years of great service with Louis king. the communication has completely dropped off.i have sent emails and called twice over the past week with zero response. Unacceptable service for a long-standing tenant.

24th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We’ve just bought a lovely apartment in Chiswick for my mother-in-law through Horton and Garden, and honestly, the whole experience was a pleasure (which I don’t think anyone ever says about buying property!). Stuart looked after us from start to finish and was brilliant—super helpful, responsive, and endlessly patient. He especially deserves a medal for dealing with us managing things on behalf of my mother-in-law… let’s just say her relationship with technology is not her strong point ?????? Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Stuart made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and straightforward. Would absolutely recommend Stuart and the team at Horton and Garden—thanks again for all your help!

Of all the agents and agencies I've worked with, Sammi from Marsh&Parsons Chiswick was among the best. Sammi took the time to understand my needs and tastes and showed me lots of properties I considered, and also gave sound advice. While, in the end, another agent showed me the property I ended up renting, I was very grateful to Sammi for how engaged, personable and helpful he was throughout my search. Thanks Sammi!

The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. A special mention to Harry, who was always available on the phone and incredibly helpful throughout. Really grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.

5th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)I would give this agent zero stars. I do not recommend working with them. Their main focus seemed to be securing a contract and taking their commission. After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing

They were thorough, professional, responsive and really pleasant to deal with. They also unusually got to know our unique property really well and showed a good understanding of who the right buyer would be. Adam helped us hold our nerve when the property didn't sell as quickly as we hoped due to the difficult Autumn 2025 market and advised us correctly that there would be a bounce in the new year when we got 3 offers. Catherine was incredibly diligent and proactive in moving us from offer to exchange in 8 weeks. They went above and beyond. Incredible.
